My daughter has wanted me to come for a while now and today was my first ever visit. I love that there were “secret cookies” my daughter didn’t know existed! So I got to surprise her and that was nice. I will say these cookies seemed underdone to me at first but it could just be that they’re meant to be soft. We bought a big pack and the young lady up front this morning was able to tell me every detail of what I was looking at when picking the cookies. She also had excellent customer service! It was just so nice overall and I will be coming back!

Spent $20 on four large cookies. Two of them were underdone and all of them were extremely sugary. Way to much frosting
Staff is always friendly and helpful. I am typically just a little disappointed by the cookies because they seem consistently a little underdone which makes them dense and chewy. But I think that's just a Crumbl thing.
