My experience here has made me not want to visit another Crumbl ever.
The customer service i received was poor, and I thought it was just the staff in the location, until another customer came in and was treated with care and was helped with questions about the flavors and the menu while I was left to figure it out on my own. I am an older woman, I was addressed by my first name without the respect of a Ms. on the front, but this other person was yes Ms. Xxxx, no Ms. Xxxxx, while each flavor was described in detail. After I spent $24 on 4 cookies, waiting, I began to wonder, do these people want my business? They didn't talk to me. Other customers were told that they ran out of certain flavors and were asked about substitutions....I was not. So I was surprised to get home to see that i paid for their basic chocolate chip as a substitute for a flavor that I ordered. I didn't want that!!! I would have asked for double of another cookie that I actually wanted. Who does that??? Who substitutes something for you and doesn't ask or even consider giving you at least something you asked for?
Those cookies cost too much to not get what you wanted. The service was horrible and inconsistent.
I was offended. Their website doesn't have a clear way to make a complaint against a location. I couldn't figure out who the owners were or the managers. That's how upset I was as a customer and I'm not the type to ruffle feathers.

Covington, La. The “HEAD BAKER” needs more training or she needs to be fired. she walks with her head down and has an attitude with everyone. She is very rude when I came in. Also she had music blasting really loud so I felt like I had to yell to give my order. This is the worst crumbl I have ever been to.i will definitely refer people to another company
