Honestly this Crumbl store is exactly what it is advertised to be, a specialty cookie shop…that’s it. Nothing more, nothing less…..meaning that it’s simple and basic, it does not have any extra flare to make it a “great” experience. I have not had any bad experiences at the store, it’s more a “blah” experience that just boxes your cookies and and sends you out the door. The employees are not overly friendly but they’re also not rude, they’re just there...
