My daughter has wanted me to come for a while now and today was my first ever visit. I love that there were “secret cookies” my daughter didn’t know existed! Staff is always friendly and helpful. I am typically just a little disappointed by the cookies because they seem consistently a little underdone which makes them dense and chewy. But I think that's just a Crumbl thing.
On most occasions, service and quality is phenomenal. Today, I ordered online. When I went in to pick up, I was informed that they were out of the cookie that was my main reason for ordering. I simply asked for a refund. I was told that I would have to wait until they took care of everyone else to get my refund. I waited 20 minutes, while they took orders for people who were just walking in. Upon getting my refund, I was told it would take 4-5 business days to get my money back....
