I’ve been gluten intolerant for three years now, and just discovered that cupcake concept has accessible options a year ago! Their gluten free cupcakes are AMAZING, they’re always so friendly and open about dietary restrictions as well as ingredients in their cupcakes. The cupcakes don’t even taste gluten free! They always let me choose whatever base they have available and any icing I want! I’ve never felt sick after eating and can definitely say this store is a gluten...
I contacted Melissa at the last minute asking if it would be possible to do a small cake for my boyfriend's first closing as a realtor in a day, and she happily accommodated my request. This is the peanut butter cupcake as a 1-layer 6” cake. It was delicious and he loved it too! Thank you again, Melissa!
