Daiquiris were very weak and unflavorful. The Long Island iced tea daiquiri is horrible. This was my first time there and I won’t be back for the simple fact of the taste of the daiquiri and how I was treated when I wanted to try before I spent eight dollars on a large daiquiri that I didn’t even like. They need help on their daiquiri recipes for sure.

When the server took my order and fixed it wrong, eggnog and chocolate mixed, and didn't put the chocolate, I brought my Daiquiri back in, she gave me a shot of chocolate instead of fixing my order correctly. Horrible service. Runny daiquiri. I would not recommend.

I recently visited Daiquiris and Cream and had such a great experience, thanks entirely to Crystina!

The menu can be a little overwhelming with all the delicious options, but Crystina was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and gave me a perfect recommendation for my daiquiri. She made the process fun and easy.

Not only was she super nice and friendly, but the service was also lightning fast. She got my order prepared quickly without sacrificing quality. It's rare to get service that is both quick and genuinely pleasant.

Crystina is a true asset to Daiquiris and Cream. Five stars—I will definitely be back!

Served a rancid spoiled daiquiri and did not refund or exchange it for a non-milk daiquiri, the bartender was matter fact, rude about it and this seems to be an ongoing problem if you check the reviews

Redneck bar. Bad service for me. The bartender was chatting the whole time with a regular. Only 4 people in the place, took me ages to get served.

It was tradition for my family to get a gallon of the Eggnog daiquiri the day after Thanksgiving every year and put our tree up while enjoying the Eggnog. It was always delicious! This year, I went through the drive through, got my gallon and went home. When the family ALL took our first sips we spit it back out it was so awful. Tasted like snot. When I tried to bring the gallon back to either return it, ask for a refund or even a different flavor, the OWNER "Jen" didn't apologize, all she did was say that she was NOT going to refund me, not give me a new gallon, not give me a different flavor. There was nothing she was going to do. She couldn't care less, and only wanted to defend herself and say her batch wasn't bad. We will NEVER GO BACK there again, the owner knows NOTHING about customer service, clearly!!!! Looking forward to giving our business to New Orleans Daiquiris in Mandeville from this point forward.

My friends and I are from Alabama and were excited to try a drive-through daiquiri. When we pulled up and asked the lady about one of the flavors, she said, "I can’t tell y'all that," and then told us she would plaster our IDs on the wall, EVEN THOUGH THEYRE REAL. She slammed the window shut without even checking any of our IDs, even though we're all 21. Awful customer service.

Cute little daiquiri shop right next to the Movie Tavern. Nice place to go. Not too crowded like cate street. But it's a pretty chill place.
