Our first visit to Desi Vega's was a birthday celebration and we were very pleased with this place overall! From walking in the door you get a feel good vibe. Tables are elegantly dressed in white tablecloths, lighting is soft, there is a peaceful, calm quiet atmosphere that remained throughout the evening. The service was outstanding and our meal was perfect! We both had a crab cake appetizer and steaks that were served perfectly cooked and sizzling hot in clarified butter, sides of potatoes au gratin and banana foster bread pudding for dessert that was served and set aflame on the table for a beautiful presentation! I am already looking forward to my next visit !!

Perfectly cooked filet mignon and ribeye steaks medium rare with creamed spinach and French fry side dishes. Steaks arrive on a hot plate with sizzling butter.

I tell you what, i did not know how to rate our experience because a few different things happened in a few different categories.. first we made our reservation for 8:30 and we werent sat until 8:45. Upon seating we started noticing a few guest did not follow the dress code- someone literally had basketball shorts on, but anyways. We waited FOREVER FOR EVERY SINGLE THING.. the place didnt seem that busy and when i mean wait, i mean 30 minutes plus.. we got there at 8:15 and did not keavew until 11:15 or later. Crazy if you ask me.. i guess i would recommend ordering your food right when you sit down lol. But however, the food realky waas great!! Steak egg rolls were 10/10 paired amazingly with the pickled bell peppers!! The crabmeat augratin was absolutely delicious- so freash, sweet creamy and i love when crab meat taste sweet and not fishy!!! The complimentary meatballs they give you is what made me make my decision on choosing the chicken parm for my entree! My boyfriend got the ribeye- he noticed it was cooked more medium rare than medium but didnt complaim- i found it couldve been a little more seasoned.. dessert was definitely a 0/10 tho.. the flaming smore. While it puts on a good show the alcohol content was so overpowering we could barely eat the dessert so we were disappointed with that because everyone loves something sweet after dinner!!

My only complaint about the food was that my ribeye was somewhat thin in my opinion. But it was tasty and hot. The sizzling plate that the steak was brought out on splattered onto my shirt. In other restaurants with similar presentation, i was warned to put my napkin up to protect my clothing. Conner and Ty were excellent servers.

Everything was amazing! We will be back and we live over an hour away. Food was delicious and atmosphere was just right! Service was perfection!

The house salad is my favorite. Blueberry mojito was refreshing especially with the complimentary meatballs and garlic bread. Crab cake appetizer was delicious. Scallops and risotto were very good.
Our new favorite local restaurant by far. Our servers Jaxson & Stephanie were wonderful. The owner came by several times and was so nice. Everyone told us happy anniversary. The live music was great and the Italian menu was absolutely delicious.

It's always a pleasure to dine at Desi's. I've had my birthday dinner there for the last 3 years and this year I took my husband for his birthday. The service is superb ! The ambience and atmosphere created is beyond amazing! Thank you so much for creating something so special locally!

We were sitting at the bar waiting for the rest of our party to arrive. The manager walked over to my husband and told him when we went to our table he has to remove his hat. Not a big deal because we saw on their website that ALL hats are to be removed when you’re in the dining room. It became a big deal when the manager didn’t ask 2 other guests to remove their hats… only singled out my husband. I understand there is a dress code but you can’t selectively enforce it. We spent over $300 for the 2 of us only to be singled out. I do not intend to come back for this reason alone. I only gave 3 stars because the servers were attentive and the food was good.
