This place had THE WORST service i have ever experienced in my life. The waiter Mike never serviced our table once he took our order. Had to call the manager over to refill our drinks and take away our appetizer plates. That took just shy of an hour and a half to be taken care of. When our meals were served the other wait staff served us. Another hour to get our checks. Then three couples paid cash and didn't receive our change after a 30 min wait. when asked about our change Mike told us we weren't due any change. Excuse me!!! My bill was 84.00 and I gave them a 100.00 dollar bill. Another person was due 8.00 back. Plus the tip was already included in the bill. This is totally unacceptable. Our waiter also had an excuse for everything we ask about the delays.
My husband went there at 5:30 on Saturday. I was worried there would be no tables available because of the time. I walked in and immediately spotted a 4person table available and asked the hostess for a table. She told me there were no 2 person tables available. We eat there all the time and sit at a 4 person table with no hassles. I walked in and with a cane and cannot slide into a booth or get out of one so it is imperative to have a table. I guess the hostess didn’t want us dining today but it really changes my thoughts on this place. I can spend my money plenty of other places.
Great Dinner. With Muffuletta, authentic tasting gumbo filled with flavorful ingredients, shrimp and portion of crab. Also, very good potato salad.

My wife and I went to DiMartino's to celebrate our 54 wedding anniversary yesterday. We got there at 6:55 and our dinner didn't arrive until 7;25. There were other people there who were there before us and didn't serve until just be before we were served. The food and atmosphere were excellent but the poor service made the decision foe us that we won't be returning ever again.

Always have to fight the gnats and fruit flies for your food and wine. Impossible to get food ordered the way you request - salmon comes rare, steak comes rare, baked potatoes come with sour cream, whether you like it or not. Sent the food back, not once, but twice on a couple of occasions. Roast beef sandwich used to be good - now flavorless. Meatballs and spaghetti used to be good - now flavorless.
Best fried food.

I'm giving two stars instead of one only because the onion rings were exceptional.
The service was very lacking. Our server was also the best tender and they were clearly being asked to do too much trying to handle tables and the bar. Use common sense here management.
The food other than the onion rings was not good.
We had a chicken cordon Bleu and a chicken parmesan sandwiches.
The chicken was clearly always frozen never fresh. The sauce was lacking all seasoning.
The cordon Bleu forgot the cordon part.
Maybe the dinner items are better but the lunch was a total bust.

It is our favorite place to go for lasagna and spaghetti. Ask for Tony and he'll set you up. See you all very soon. Love the tea here also. 😋
The fried mushrooms are the best in town for an appetizer and the Roast Beef on Muffuletta bread and the Chicken Parmesan is a must have! Great food and service as well have been coming here for lunch for years!
Parking: Parking can be a little tight during rush hours but we’ve never had any issues finding a spot.

We haven't been there for a year because of a fruit fly infestation. The food was excellent, service was fantastic, but the restaurant still has a fruit fly problem. We shouldn't have to wave flies away from the food or drinks. Hope they fix it, but we will probably not be back.

Connor was a great bartender. It was a pleasure being served by him.
This is my 1st time here, but if the muffalattas are as good as the service & atmosphere, we have a marriage.

The grilled red fish is a must try! Absolutely delicious! Fried eggplant is amazing! I always get an extra dish to bring home for the air fryer later lol!

We come here pretty often as it is super close to our house. I love everything I have gotten. I usually get a shrimp poboy. They have good steak too. My family loves the grilled chicken. We always get the spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer. They have a good selection of drinks. Service is always good too. I always recommend!

I have been to Demartino many times, and it has always been great, this time me and my friends were very disappointed. The service was terrible, and they were not even born busy. One of the waitresses was rude to one of my friends, it took a long time to get our food, and when we did two got our meals and our third person didn’t and it took a very long time to come. My order was not what I ordered., I ordered a Parmesan and she brought me veal Parmesan, the veal was in big hunks & tasted like chicken. I told the waitress about it. We will not go back, because we were all disappointed with our food and the service.
