Not happy with automated service. No confirmation after I entered my card digits then some employee gets on line and tells me I cannot order a pizza, have them not start making it until 8pm and then I would pick it up at 8:20 pm. Funny I thought I was the customer choosing to spend my money at your establishment. Canceled my order. There are other pizza options in the area. Thanks anyway.

It’s a real drag when the company you order from FIVE NIGHTS A WEEK doesn’t deliver what you ordered, then when you call and let them know that they didn’t deliver what you ordered, all they offer you is a credit on your next order. That’s not customer service, that’s “We’re too busy to satisfy our regular customers and we know you’ll be back, no matter what our service is like.” It’s two freaking dipping sauces!! Make the effort to bring them to your loyal customer. And the fact that they don’t respond to poor reviews tells you everything you need to know about the customer service at this location. Well, Pizza Hut is looking better all the time. ?
