It’s a real drag when the company you order from FIVE NIGHTS A WEEK doesn’t deliver what you ordered, then when you call and let them know that they didn’t deliver what you ordered, all they offer you is a credit on your next order. That’s not customer service, that’s “We’re too busy to satisfy our regular customers and we know you’ll be back, no matter what our service is like.” It’s two freaking dipping sauces!! Make the effort to bring them to your loyal customer. And the fact that they don’t respond to poor reviews tells you everything you need to know about the customer service at this location. Well, Pizza Hut is looking better all the time. ?

Having been a frequent visitor to the old Domino's building in the area, I was eager to see what this new location had to offer. While the pizza itself exceeded my expectations, I couldn't help but have some reservations about its long-term quality and the absence of the beloved spices on the crust.Let's start with the positives. The pizza at the new Domino's is undeniably better than what I had experienced at the old location. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside. The cheese was gooey and melted just right, and the toppings were fresh and abundant. Each bite was a burst of flavor, and I found myself enjoying the pizza more than ever before.However, despite the initial excitement, I have concerns about the longevity of this quality. I worry that the exceptional taste might be attributed to the freshness of the new establishment, and there's a possibility that the quality could decline over time. I sincerely hope that the management maintains the same level of excellence in their pizza-making process, as consistency is key in the restaurant industry.Another disappointment was the absence of the spices on the crust, which used to be a distinctive feature of Domino's pizzas. These spices added an extra layer of flavor and made each bite even more enjoyable. It's disheartening to see this change, as it was something that I looked forward to in my previous visits. I hope Domino's reconsiders this decision and brings back the spices to enhance the overall taste experience.Despite these concerns, I appreciate the efforts made by the new Domino's Pizza place to elevate the quality of their pizzas. Ordering was very difficult. Spoke to someone twice not in the actual branch. Location was difficult to find. They just moved but could not get clarity on location after 4 calls. Called 4 times... management had a difficult time helping. Struggled with this location.

Just bad. I ordered a handmade pan pizza for the first time and it was terrible. The corners of the pizza was great, but the middle was under cooked to the point the the middle section was a pile of cheese. In the middle, there is no bread (just a pile of melted cheese and toppings). If I would have known the middle was this under cooked, I would have bought something else.

Just ordered 3 pizzas ?- missing one Hawaiian pizza - inside store closed just now - had to go through the drive thru - - Dominos corp reached out & made it right - review changed to 4 stars ⭐️

Ordered Halloween, ordered early knowing they would be busy arrived 3 hours later. Called to check on and no one ever answered the phone. This time the wings were slimy and just had sauce thrown on them and sauce missing from our pizza. When I called I was asked to drive the pizza back up there so they could put the sauce on. And then offer a credit for $1 side of sauce. We’ll be going back to Pizza Hut

I love Domino’s pizza and I love that they’re very close to my house however when I called the person I spoke to barely spoke English and I had to be transferred to use my credit card and then transferred back to complete my order and now it’s outrageous to order pizza as it was almost $50 for a small pizza breadsticks and lava cake.
