My pizza was ready on time. It looks great. That's not my issue. I get inside and ask for a napkin. There's none on the counter. The guy helping me could not have walked any slower without being stopped could not find any. Went back to the manager. The manager came out. Looked in the back. Looked in the front and then the manager wouldn't even address me. He just looked at the other guy and said that they were out and so that guy had to come back to me and tell me that they were out. Just ridiculous. Horrible customer service. Unbelievable

I have been choosing this Dominos location for years over other locations, not for where it’s located to my home but for the quality of the items I order.
The Pan Pizza produced here has NEVER disappointed, it’s my family’s favorite item to order. But I am never afraid to order a new or different item. The only item I ever had issues with is the stuffed cheesey bread but that’s from a company SOP execution I believe.
It’s the location I like best and choose over convenience, I know I always get a quality product.
Parking: Enough parking right off the road, plenty of parking from businesses located right next door if you wanted to eat in, there’s a couple tables inside.

Called twice about my order not being delivered to me. I was looking to get a refund. On the third try, I decided to drive to the dominoes while they had me on hold so I could get my refund in person. I was on hold up until I received my refund and they had no clue.

Ordered a pizza. Said ready in 12 minutes. Arrived at store and saw my order was “complete” on the tracker. Waited 15 minutes for it to be brought out. Ordered curbside delivery bc has dog in car asking with other food items which isn’t a great combination to leave unattended. 🤣 Watched gal bring several items out to a vehicle. She went back in the store then returned to the same vehicle and was handed the order she just delivered. She dropped several items in the gravel lot then picked them up and proceeded to set them on the store counter and open them. Then she closed them up and started looking through other items. I decided to leave because I didn’t want one of them to have been mine. I called the store and explained why I was leaving. They canceled my order and refunded my money. This is the second time they didn’t have my pizza ready even though the tracker said it was. Clearly this location is mismanaged at best. What a cluster. Ordered from Pizza Hut as I left and picked up order immediately. Luckily, PH is right by my house so no additional delay. Lesson learned. Steer clear of Dominos on Collins. Hwy. 59 is great

Last four times I've ordered something has been missing from the order. Like how do you "forget" a whole pizza or a whole side. I mean I've run restaurants for years and I would never let something like this slide so consistently. There needs to be an expeditor or manager checking tickets to make sure ENTIRE pizzas that people paid for aren't missing from orders
