Today was my first time eating from Etouffee To Geaux and I must say they didn't disappoint I had the red beans w/rice, crawfish etouffee and green beans the seasoning was good, the beans had a lot of sausage and the etouffee wasn't short of crawfish either. I will be returning and have already started looking to see what I will try next. The service was good and friendly as well. I definitely recommend.

We recently ordered from Etouffee To Geaux's catering menu and it was not only delicious but extremely affordable and convenient. Both the Bayou Lafourche Pasta and the Cajun Chicken Pasta were the perfect entrees for our event followed by their bread puddings. Definitely planning to use them again in the future--HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Found this place by chance. I just had an MRI done at DIS and I passed this place and I did a U-turn and went back. It's a drive-through big menu they're going through a change. I think they're going to come back strong very sociable, good crawfish étouffée I can't wait to try some of the other menu items I recommend this, I would say drive-through :-)
