Sandwich was ok but not worth $19 for sandwich, drink and chips.

My daughter and I enjoyed our subs. The employees were nice and we got our food quickly. The restaurant and bathroom were clean. I will come back to this location!

Best item was the cheese steak. Nice staff clean facility. I would go again if I'm in the area.

Update: I received a call back after this review and they are giving credit for a remake of the sandwiches.
We ordered 4 sandwiches and all were wrong. I called to get a resolution and the manager wouldnt get on the phone, I had to go through the person that answer the phone initially. After 12 minutes on the phone with her putting me on hold to go back and forth a believe a manager got on the phone. I asked for a credit for the subs, not the chips and drinks, we were on lunch we couldn’t just run up. He proceeded to tell me he gets people calling all the time for free food and they would give me credit for 2 small sandwiches. He was extremely rude and got loud with me. We treat our employees at least twice a month to this place and they have completely lost our business because of how this was handled. I was also told they weigh everything now so what you get is what you get, however we got plain sandwiches, nothing on them like ordered. Sad to see such bad service from a place we’ve supported since they opened. This is why business close. They are great in the beginning and taper off with service.

Shorts items on orders, called and they said they would credit me for missing items. Never did. Don’t bother replying Firehouse this is the second time I’m done with Fire dysfunctional house.

I contacted the store again and still no refund for the food shorted. Reduced to one star because of this your link and the contact us links redirect back to the home page. I contacted my credit card company to get this fixed.

1/3 of the dining area was covered in blankets, food, trash, and toys for a toddler. Said toddler was running around, knocking over cups behind the counter, and distracting the workers.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the restaurant; the service was slow, the food was cold, and the atmosphere was very unpleasant. The Customer service skills was the utmost unpleasant. Couldn’t even finish the Sub; 1
