The general manager at this location is unprofessional and lacks serious customer service. After contacting the corporate office on my experience, I’ve yet to hear back from ownership and the lack of urgency showcases how they value poor leadership and customer service.

Beyond great. From the time i walked in and from the time i walked out.. literally everyone was full of smiles and looked like they were having a great day at work. Everyone was working as a team and the food was amazing! I wish more people was like this work crew! Definitely put a smile on my face 😊

I ordered the steak and cheese sub. While the cheese was nicely melted, the steak was cold and undercooked, making it inedible. I rarely complain, but I brought it to the staff’s attention. They were polite and quickly offered to remake the sandwich. Unfortunately, the second one had the same issue—warm on the first bite, but cold and undercooked again. I ultimately asked for a refund. I genuinely enjoy this restaurant, but I won’t be returning to this location, nor will I recommend it to others.

Great food just like all locations... but why am I waiting in the line for my online order when the shelves designed for me to grab and go are taken up?
Lunch food means speed, no matter how tasty lines are time wasted and defeat the purpose of Togo.
Hope to see that change, if not maybe on a day I have lots of time I can enjoy your subs.
