The food was OK, I can’t believe I spent $17 for a sandwich chips and a drink. And to top it off as a veteran, It felt odd that they’re willing to give me a cup drink, but not give a discount to a veteran or a person that don’t drink fountain drinks. Thank you for the first time Experience but I won’t be back.

Great food. However, the receipt is deceiving. It does not show the $3.99 extra per meal deal which gives you chips and a drink. Thus, the total on the receipt seems over inflated.

Normally I have good service but this time I ordered online and it shows ordered a large Jamaican sandwich. I received a large sandwich with some type of chopped up meat. Maybe chopped ham idk but what I ordered and what I got are different

I recently placed an order from Firehouse Subs through Uber Eats, and the delivery arrived without a seal on the bag. This raises serious concerns regarding food safety and sanitation. I kindly urge Firehouse Subs to implement proper sealing procedures to ensure the safety and confidence of your customers. Unfortunately, this experience has left me hesitant to place future orders until improvements are made.

The general manager at this location is unprofessional and lacks serious customer service. After contacting the corporate office on my experience, I’ve yet to hear back from ownership and the lack of urgency showcases how they value poor leadership and customer service.

Beyond great. From the time i walked in and from the time i walked out.. literally everyone was full of smiles and looked like they were having a great day at work. Everyone was working as a team and the food was amazing! I wish more people was like this work crew! Definitely put a smile on my face 😊

I ordered the steak and cheese sub. While the cheese was nicely melted, the steak was cold and undercooked, making it inedible. I rarely complain, but I brought it to the staff’s attention. They were polite and quickly offered to remake the sandwich. Unfortunately, the second one had the same issue—warm on the first bite, but cold and undercooked again. I ultimately asked for a refund. I genuinely enjoy this restaurant, but I won’t be returning to this location, nor will I recommend it to others.
