Surprisingly good! Reasonably priced! I feel that the staff was attentive and thoughtful of my requests. The guy cooking the burgers even said “God bless and have a blessed day!” My food was fresh and definitely hot! No complaints!

Ordered on door dash pickup 20 mins PTA and had to wait even longer when we got there. Seems pointless to order ahead of it’s not ready by the time you get there

Got the double cheeseburger a couple months back and got severe food poisoning. Reached out to corporate which transferred me to the store manager at this Covington location. Claimed she would follow up and follow through. Never heard back. Keep in mind violently ill for a week. Recommend avoiding this location

I would take the time to write a full review, but this location is just not even worth the time. Can't get simple things right, and quality control is just a joke. The manager tries to make it right at least but your employees just ruin it all. Sorry to say this will be our last visit to this location for good. We are done with the constant issues here.

Picked up lunch on Sunday and Shawn was great! He greeted us immediately, had someone start on our shakes and when he saw we were waiting because someone needed to grab more ingredients for one shake, he stepped in and started on the rest. All while he wasn't feeling well, he still did a great job and was a true team member!
