Frequent guest to this establishment. Family and I love the food, staff, and atmosphere, but this on this occasion there was a lady who had to much to drink & was very very loud, vulgar, and disrespectful for those around her. The staff was very patient with her & handled it professionally, but unfortunately it wasn't the best night for my family.

Steaks were great. I got a bowl of gumbo, not a cup, and it had zero shrimp. Flavor was kinda bland. Waiter was an airhead and should have been better.

We have dined At Gallaghers many times over the years, actually our go to place because they were always reliable for service and food. Our last 2 experiences (within a 9 week window), was not up to Gallaghers standards we are accustomed to. Service was very slow almost to the point of feeling forgotten, part of our parties order wasn't brought out and needed to remind staff , food either under cooked or over cooked - on everyone entree and sides. Just not what we are used to from this restaurant, will be awhile before we give them a third opportunity to redeem themselves .

This was our second time to this place and boy was it not anything like the first. Our reservation was for 6:45 in which we were granted a table. We had NO service for over 15 minutes. One gentleman came up and was nice about offering drinks to us and explained he would not be our server. When our waitress finally approached (about 25 minutes after our reservation time )she was not emphatic or explained why she was late to the table. It took my husband to say “I'm so sorry they triple sat you” in which we were informed about the power going out for about 30 minutes. When our food came out, the steaks were not cooked to order. I ordered the filet medium, he ordered his ribeye medium rare. Both steaks came out the opposite. We did not say anything to the waitress as it was hard to find her half the time and knew it would be longer to likely have the food corrected. When we did see her, my husband ordered another drink (double Bombay Safire gin and tonic) only to have the waitress come pick it up and discard it when it was half empty while the empty glass sat on the end of the table. When receiving the check we overheard the manager reprimanding her about another table which is highly inappropriate. Our waitress picked up our check but did not return it for over 10 minutes. Very sad experience as we really enjoyed this place the first time.
