The interior is very surprising compared to the rest of the shopping center. It’s extremely nice in here! Staff was very friendly and the hibachi is a STEAL for the price. Chicken hibachi with veggies, rice, and noodles and soup and salad starters for about $25.

I have been enjoying Haiku multiple times per week for five years now. I love that Haiku is open late. I love that they were so accommodating in 2020 when we would pick up our orders and eat in the car. They always get it right on door dash. The service is always wonderful when we go there. My favorite things are the fresh salmon nigiri, salmon snow crab sushi, fresh salmon roll, gold point roll, playboy roll, tiger roll, twinned roll, and everything else I’ve tried is great! I ordered several sushi rolls through a food delivery service. I have ordered tuna several times with No issues. I received two separate sushi orders containing tuna grey in color with a smell.
I have ordered countless times through delivery services and never received such quality. This product should’ve never left the restaurant.
I did receive a refund through the company but I will not be eating there nor ordering food to be delivered again.

Average sushi at best. Do you like grocery store sushi? Then this is the place for you. Cheap, but not going to wow anyone.

This is kid’s hibachi with chicken. They made it no salt specifically for my one year old baby as I requested. I am very happy with this dish. Chicken is tender with flavor but no salt and not much oil. Highly recommend it
Ordered California roll through Uber eats. Not a salmon egg in the description mornings in the pictures of the item. Get it delivered and it is fully coated with salmon eggs. Now I have to throw it away because the restaurant can not produce their food as described.

The California roll was mediocre- similar to a grocery store roll. Steak hibachi was nice and tender but the fried right was terrible. Tasted dirty. Service was absolutely horrible today 8/7/24 at 2PM. Three tables in the restaurant. No refills. Took our cup to refill but never brought it back. Asked twice for the check. Will not be back. This was the third try for mediocrity.

We have always loved the food. Im speaking for other members. I’ve only visited once. Today made me know I would not travel to a place for that much confusion. I scheduled a Habachi experience for 20 kids included. 3 didn’t show. No harm done right? Wrong! She embarrassed my invited guest o the point I said just charge me I don’t care! So after this no more! Your place ain’t that special!

Order sushi with no crunchy. They brought it out loaded with crunchy. They apologized and said they would remake it. When they finally brought it out, half of the sushi still had crunchy on it. They just attempted to scrape it off rather than actually remake it. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Horrible service.
