Easily the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to! The chicken salad sandwich was so good, I almost shed a tear. I ordered a flight of coffee, and they were all really good. I’m not much of a coffee drinker, but I think I’ve had my awakening. Will definitely be returning. Also, an added bonus, was the decoration and customer service. Kudos to the coffee roaster. A+++!

Very good coffee. Clean and open environment. Lots of seating. Great for studying or going with the family for a treat. Only tried coffee so far but was pleased with the quality.Kid-friendliness: As a mom it means a lot to me when a place is welcoming for children. Both restrooms having clean change tables and all were welcoming to babies and children during my visit.

The staff are great kind and the calm atmosphere really makes it a fantastic hangout spot in the downtown area. I highly recommend the cocktails they have as Zach has years of bartending experience and knows how to create fantastic offerings that fit their ascetic perfectly.

We've been to Haven several times now, and we love it! The cinnamon toast nitro is incredible as are all of the coffee drinks we've had. The alcoholic drinks are good, but I do wish there was more variety. I'm not a whiskey fan at all, and it seems like most of the premade drinks have some sort of whiskey. I really enjoyed the Donna Mac 75. Hopefully they'll have more of a drink variety in the future, but the staff and atmosphere are just wonderful.

If you are looking for incredible espresso-based drinks, delicious food, and an impeccable atmosphere, this place is worth the drive from wherever you are on the Northshore. I would put this coffee bar, and their amazing brand, up against some of the best coffee shops I have been to in the world. It is a true blessing to have this place in our area. From roasting their own beans, well trained baristas, to an awesome layout and vibe, Haven sets themselves apart from the rest of coffee shops that serve hot caffeine and day old pastries. Haven belongs in an upscale Boston or New York neighborhood, serving European quality espresso perfection and chef inspired food creations.

The cocktails are pretty good. They are pre-made on tap, and they have a great amount of options! They even have flights for you to try four at one time! I had the D Mac 75, and it's similar to a French 75. I was excited that it wasn't too sweet but just right. My date had a flight of cocktails, and each one that I tried was very good.I also got a Brown Sugar Vanilla hot latte. I was pleased that it was not as sweet as it sounds. It tasted more like coffee than anything else which is nice.The ambiance is very nice and chic! They did really well decorating and creating a modern place with some vintage decor.The service was quick, and they were very nice. It's also a great location. I'll definitely return.
