Very cool place. I read the reviews that were negative. Some people are just ridiculous. This place has original flavors not your typical freezer burnt Baskin Robbins.

Great place! I have a serious internal struggle that usually gets the best of me regarding the amazing ice cream in this place. The ice cream is hand crafted and made with love. Great ice cream, and a great vibe. Worth the ice cream headache.

On Sunday, September 14, at 3:05 PM, I arrived and saw a sign that read, “On Lunch, Be Back in 20 Minutes.” I waited on the bench outside for 38 minutes, but no one returned to open the doors. There was no indication of when the sign was posted, so I had no idea how long the wait might be. During that time, three other families came for ice cream but also gave up and left.
This isn’t the first time this has happened. A few weeks ago, I experienced the same issue and waited in my car for 25 minutes before giving up.
It’s frustrating to repeatedly encounter unreliable hours, especially for a family-friendly business. I’d appreciate some clarity on the shop’s schedule or better communication about closures to prevent this in the future. Please address this to ensure customers aren’t left waiting.

Disappointed before we could even try it out. My child asked for ice cream the entire time we were watching the game today. Your google and sign on your window says you're open today 12-7pm. Went by at 3:15pm and you're closed. Little girl tears that could have been avoided if you posted appropriately.

Disappointed. Usually, this place is a nice stop for the kids and me, but during our last visit on a summer Friday night in June after seeing the staff member fully grab my ice cream cone without gloves and touching everything in sight,I’m completely turned off by these conditions in this place. She argued with me when I asked for a cone that wasn't touched by her ungloved hands. Like, seriously, you're going to fully touch the part of the cone I plan to feed to my kids and then when I point it out and ask for a new one, refuse to give me a new cone? Yep, how dissatisfactory. I mean, there's a napkin on the cone, but that clearly was for show since she didn't bother using that to hold the cone with her unsanitary hands. My kids were with me, so I didn’t want to argue, let alone about sanitation with the employee, so I wound up paying for a cone my daughter couldn't eat. Perhaps some sanitation and basic customer service should be implemented since you are preparing food and touching food items people eat.

Has the most delicious non-dairy flavors. Always only one option, but it changes periodically and I've loved every one! I'm a super picky eater, and although the flavors have sounded like something I'd dislike, it's never turned out that way 😊 All the ones I've tried were made with oat milk and coconut cream...not sure if that changes with some flavors. I usually hate everything coconut cream, water, and/or milk, but they still somehow make it taste amazing!!
