I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

The amount of times I have had to get refunded for my order on DoorDash because people don’t know how to read a ticket a pack an order is completely ridiculous. Have talked to management once a while back and was hoping the issue going forward would get resolved. Turns out it wasn’t. Wanna order a combo with fries? Don’t worry, you won’t receive the fries. Buy an extra dipping sauce. No problem, you won’t get that either. They definitely need to work on it. I’m writing this review cause this is now the third time I received no fries and no sauce I paid for.

Ordered wings and fries through Uber eats. Aside from the overpowering garlic taste on the garlic Parmesan wings you couldn't tell the difference between the buffalo wings. They weren't cooked right, zero crunch and chewy. The fries were rubbery, overall the worst possible wing experience I've had in a long time. Tried it aside from the reviews and have serious buyers remorse.

It's so dumb but I am genuinely upset about the menu change. There's nothing unique or redeeming about this place anymore. Chili's literally just rebranded so they could pull in more money. Their fries are trash, the sauce is trash, what happened? My comfor food was their curly fries with ranch and the apple BBQ sauce, genuine heaven I was obsessed with it. If I wanted chili's chicken anything I would just order from chilis.

Walked in to order 16 bone in wings combo. The young lady there told me I had to order from door dash. What stupidity is this !! A customer walks into a restaurant and cannot place an order

Wings are basically rock hard . Must have gotten the left over fries. Aren’t they suppose to be curly fries? Would never recommend this place . Worst part was I got a ranch cup with a splash of ranch not even a quarter full . Maybe enough for 2 wings literally . Do better .

Ordered Wings off Doordash and when I received them I wish I would have read other reviews.. The outside was crunchy to the point of being dried out over cooked. The wings barely had any sauce .. Maybe that's how they are supposed to be??.. either way it tasted like a crunchy dry chicken nugget.. Price reflects the taste..
