Last 2 times I ate here the tortillas were like cardboard - 1. They are using stale tortillas or 2. They don’t steam it correctly. 3. They don’t know how to use the steamer. I’m boycotting these lame stale stiff cold burritos ?

Went there awhile back, and wanted to try the huge burrito for the first time, as I had only had the small one beforehand, well they made a big stink about it. First the girl says ill need to get someone else to make it, so the black dude makes it, and proceeds to say (damn for all this, yall could've went to a buffet) it was 2 of them btw... like what?So I went again yesterday with a coworker and got a small and a different lady was ok but seemed annoyed and like passive aggressive or something. Are you guys OK?

They don’t answer their phone!!!

The place is ok and the service was ok but holy cow everything was completely overly salty. From the tortilla to the stuff I wanted in my burrito was all salted.I'm thinking that they keep salting the food the longer it sits out to keep it from going bad. The nachos I ordered for my neighbor were just as salty. From the chips to the toppings were overdosed with salt. We couldn't finish our food because it was so saltier than the dead sea.Just the very thought of their food going down my throat makes me want to gag.I'll never go back there again.

I miss the Hammond location so much!!! They were and are awesome!!!!!! So to see them all in this location I will definitely make the trip to see the awesome people and have the awesome food and

Food was cold . Everything is an extra charge , was rushed , and just not good at all as far as flavor goes

Not my first time at Izzo's but it is my first time at the Covington location. The food is as good as the Lafayette, La. location I visited plus the service and atmosphere were positive.

If you’re in the mood for Chipotle and disappointment, then this is the place for you. We went at dinner time on a Sunday, about a month ago. Average (at best) food quality, decent service and a dining room that lacked attention (1/2 the tables needed servicing and we found a dead roach next to one of them…not to mention there were hardly any customers in the place). Not planning on ever returning, especially since this place has never “wowed” us.
