Izzos doordash service is TERRIBLE. i found not one, not two, but THREE hairs in my food. my burrito came soaking wet for whatever reason and came with no lid on my container. absolutely horrible and if you are thinking about ordering from here DONT. whoever worked last night saturday july 5th deserves to get fired.

EMERGENCY! The ice water tasted like a mouthful of chlorine!!!!!! I am so horrified and feel so sick! I suppose everyone ordering soda can’t taste it and nobody drinks water so it’s gone too long without changing the filter! I can’t get the chemical taste out of my mouth it’s been 10 minutes! 😭😭😭

I love this place always fresh and hot. Service is amazing caught them behind on orders and super stressed but they still took the time to answer my question and didn't get upset or rude once.

Order online, 20 mins ahead. Got there..
Only two people in line, went to pick up order line, where there was no one else. Three other people came in behind me. Why was I the last one to walk out 35 mins later?!

Far better than chipotle, great staff, clean environment and tons of variations of food to get! All protein choices are pretty delicious that I’ve tried. Salsa is made in house. Even the regular size burrito can be enough for 2 meals if you wanted.

Great food. Very clean quiet atmosphere. Amazing customer service the girl who made our food was very kind and suggested a few things when we told her it was our 2nd time at Izzo's but first time at that location. Will definitely be going back.

Loved the music, and the burrito in a bowl.

I was good, but it's usually better. The person working was extremely stingy with everything. And don't get the queso. It's plastic cheese tasting. Burritos were ok but a little too lean.

That was my first time at this location but not my last. The staff was so friendly and all smiles. I felt at ease ordering my food. We got it to go. But the dining room was actually clean at this location. We visited 10/14 like 3:30pm. I wished I could remember the staff name to shout them out.
