I've consistently ordered to go from this location, but chose to go in this time. Glad I did because this will be the last time I ever order from this location again. I sat there and watched every employee touch various non-sanitary items and continue to make sandwiches without changing their gloves. The girl at the register checked out 4 or 5 guests in front of me, never changed her gloves, then went straight to dressing someone else's sandwich. The guys at the grill were wiping sweat from their foreheads and they all were constantly wiping their gloves on their pants or aprons. It was disgusting! I should've just walked out and let them keep it, because the sandwiches went straight in the trash. I couldn't stomach to eat it.

First time visiting this spot and after telling the staff in passing when trying to navigate the menu, the manager or owner gave my daughter and I our sandwiches for free! It was such a sweet thing to do, and I am still impressed with the kind gesture. We will definitely be visiting this spot again!

I don't care how good Jersey Mike's food is, this location is a hard NO for me!! As a previous reviewer mentioned, the lack of cleanliness is a serious problem at this store. Bread was placed directly on the counter, which clearly hadn't been wiped in a while, based on all of the crumbs present. While waiting for our sandwiches to be handed to us, I watched the employee who made them gather a big mound of trash on the floor - with his gloved hands - and then picked up our food and handed it to us with the same gloved hands. When I pointed it out to him, his response was "but your food is inside of a bag" ? He clearly didn't see the problem with this. Also, because he never changed out his gloves once, I have to question what he did before I walked in the store and what those gloves were contaminated with when he made my food ? We won't be back!

My husband and I have Jersey Mike's all of the time but unfortunately with this past experience some employee sanitary training needs to occur before we return. Not only did the employee cough all over my sandwich without turning away nor trying to cover the cough but also while waiting on my sandwich to heat up, she pulled out/and text on her phone with her gloved hands that are supposed to be keeping my sandwich sanitary and then used those same gloved hands (without changing them) picked up my sandwich and dipped her hands in the lettuce and all the other toppings to apply to my sandwich. Needless to say I threw the sandwich away immediately. There is no point wearing gloves if you are going to be touching your personal cell phone and then placing them into the food bins.

Quick service and EXCELLENT customer service skills. I had an issue with an order that was incorrect ( basically the two sandwiches we ordered were “swapped”- correct toppings but on wrong sandwich)I called and immediately got an apology and an offer to make it right, which they did. They were extremely nice and respectful about it. So surprised with the response. Not from Jersey Mike’s, but not used to having matters handled so well.Will definitely go back!
