I ordered a toasted club lulu online, and ended up with a sandwhich that had prosciutto, sun-dried tomatoes, and jalapeños. I called and informed them what I received was definitely not a club lulu. They asked if I could go back for the correct sandwich, I replied of course. I asked them if they wanted the jalapeño concoction back when I returned; they replied no. When my supposedly correct sandwich was completed, I thanked them yet again. Due to my recent experience and burning mouth, I checked the sandwich prior to leaving the store this time. If there was turkey on it, it equaled a half a bite of turkey, perhaps a half an ounce. My only assumption is that they didn’t want to give me any of the costly protein since they had already wasted a full sandwich worth of prosciutto. I walked out the store, then decided that I shouldn’t eat something when it wasn’t what I wanted. I went back in, threw it in the trash, and walked out again without saying another word. No one as much as even apologized. My lips are still burning from my surprise mouthful of jalapeños. No, I do not eat jalapeños.

Food is good. Service is just ok. The person that works drive thru is rude and needs a hair cut or a hair net. Drink station was filthy and out of napkins.

I love Jimmy Johns. However, I stopped in at this location today for a "totally tuna unwich" which I paid $9 plus change for. I got this back to my office and took a bite only to realize there was little to no tuna on it. I had a ton of lettuce, 2 pieces of tomato and 2 pieces of cucumber and less than a tablespoon of tuna on this sandwich. I said thank you to the girl that rang my purchase and she didn't reciprocate and I said thank you to the person that put my sandwich at the end of the counter. He didn't respond either. I can make a lettuce wrap at home for free and give myself better service. Kinda pathetic. Will never visit this location again.

I'm a loyal Jimmy John's customer since living in Texas in 2014. It would be nice if this drive-thru location had an awning over the speaker and customer's cars so we didn't get wet during rain while providing our order or our name from the Jimmy John's mobile app order.

Continued disappointment with attention to detail. Ordered a sandwich and received a wrap, ordered online and didn’t start making our order until we arrived (Jimmy John’s, Freaky Slow), and forgot the pickle. I work in Harahan and you need to send your staff there to learn how to do it right.

Forgot my sandwich that I just ordered. Gave me everything else. While I was waiting, employees were goofing off and on cell phone. Finally got a sandwich 10 min later after proofing I ordered it.

It was a breath of fresh air visiting Jimmy John’s yesterday. In a world where you rarely find good customer service, I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely kind, yet efficient way they handled my order. And as I sat back and watched the team work together with smiles on their faces, I couldn’t help but have a smile on my face too. After receiving my sandwich, I asked the cashier if I could speak with the manager, she looked up and with a smile said “I am the manager”. I let her know what a fantastic job she was doing!! I try not to frequent fast food places but if I do it will only be Chick Fil A and THIS Jimmy Johns in Covington!!

Slow delivery, bad food, horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. Especially if Matt the manager is working. Embarrassing.

There is zero reason why this location should be below 4 stars. Service is always friendly and helpful and the food comes out fast and fresh. It's a lifesaver when I have limited time on a lunch break and of the dozen or so times I've visiting, I've not had a single issue. 5 stars.

Yeah Okay

Customer Service was not all there. They do not tell you that you have to customize your sandwich at the cashier and not when your sandwich is up to be done. I’ve never came across a Jimmy Johns like this and its actually funny. The staff made me feel embarrassed like I didn’t know what was going on.

So, let's talk about Jimmy John's. It's basically what you'd expect from a place that sells sandwiches. I mean, come on, who doesn't like sandwiches, right? They've got a decent selection of options, and overall, they do a pretty good job. Now, here's the thing: sometimes it can get a bit pricey. You know, you walk in thinking you'll grab a quick and affordable bite, but your wallet takes a hit. It's not outrageous, but it's not exactly pocket-friendly either. But hey, let's focus on the positive. The sandwiches themselves are worth the price tag. They're fresh, tasty, and satisfying. Whether you're in the mood for a classic turkey and cheese or something a bit more adventurous, Jimmy John's has you covered. The bread is always soft and fluffy, and they pile on the ingredients generously. Plus, they've got this whole "freaky fast" thing going on, so you won't be waiting around for ages. All in all, Jimmy John's is a solid option for a sandwich fix. Sure, it might dent your wallet a bit, but the quality and flavors make up for it. It's a reliable go-to spot when you're craving a sandwich that hits the spot.
