Continued disappointment with attention to detail. Ordered a sandwich and received a wrap, ordered online and didn’t start making our order until we arrived (Jimmy John’s, Freaky Slow), and forgot the pickle. I work in Harahan and you need to send your staff there to learn how to do it right.

There is zero reason why this location should be below 4 stars. Service is always friendly and helpful and the food comes out fast and fresh. It's a lifesaver when I have limited time on a lunch break and of the dozen or so times I've visiting, I've not had a single issue. 5 stars.

Customer Service was not all there. They do not tell you that you have to customize your sandwich at the cashier and not when your sandwich is up to be done. I’ve never came across a Jimmy Johns like this and its actually funny. The staff made me feel embarrassed like I didn’t know what was going on.

I use to live jimmy johns but this location the kids working get sandwiches wrong ordering in person plain simply sandwich 4 out if 4 sandwiches wrong had to remake each one and then the last one three times!!! This with the ever increasing prices and lower quality meat cuts, they seemed to becoming subway quality crap!

Owners should consider drug testing their workers… lol… I’m not nitpicky about that kind of thing but the employee helping me looked and acted high... I repeated my order five times and he still did not understand. I even had my order (one sandwich with two meats and five toppings, nothing crazy) written on a piece of paper, which I showed him, and somehow it was still incorrect. I’m celiac and lactose-intolerant, so I got a lettuce wrap with tomatoes, onions, pickles, avocado, and oregano, and ham/Turkey. What I received was a lettuce wrap with no tomatoes, no oregano, and cheese… I had to dig into my sandwich and peel apart the cheese just so I could eat it.I don’t understand why the employees were rushing. There were only a few other customers inside. I will not be going back here.
