Quiet, romantic and Just out of town. It was so worth it. Service was great and the food was Devine. I had the redfish, topped with fresh blackened shrimp and lump crabmeat. My husband had the Ribeye topped with garlic herb butter and onion rings. We also shared an appetizer of scallops in a red pepper sauce that Owner chef Ron Cooper suggested. I recommend this restaurant for dinner. They are also open for lunch, which I will try soon.

We can highly recommend JTRT Bistro without hesitation. We have dined here several times and are always impressed by the creative cuisine and depth of flavors in all dishes. A great staff, attentive and friendly, and Mr. Ron (chef/owner) came out to greet us and make sure we were pleased with our meals. We also find the price point to be exceptional and we always leave pleased and looking forward to our next visit.

Another amazing dinner. We’ve really enjoyed eating here and suggest everyone come and try it. Tonight: spinach and artichoke dip, Redfish, over risotto, with shrimp and breadpudding for dessert…awesome! Oh, and a really nice bottle of wine!

Possibly could be the best restaurant on the Northshore! Food is absolutely amazing and Ron Cooper is one the Best Chef’s. I’ve eaten there about 5 times and everything we’ve had has been amazing. From the Appetizers to Entrees and Desserts. Absolutely amazing! You won’t be disappointed!!!!

What a hidden gem! Chef Cooper has a impressive list of restaurant experience and it shows in his menu and attention to detail. We had to try it all, fried green tomatos, mushroom puff pastry, ribeye, roasted chicken, cheesecake and bread pudding. It was ALL exceptional.

Absolutely LOVED this!! I got the wagyu hamburger which is HUMONGOUS and fed me for 2 days with no problem. It was cooked to perfection and I can easily say it's the best hamburger I've had on the Northshore in over 20 years. Highly recommend!
