Very good, great customer service and the spicy chicken bites are a must have !!

Went in with a family of 5 adults, there was 10 employees and a manager standing at the front and no one acknowledged us, but a family of 3 walks in behind us and was acknowledged and seated immediately. So instantly we was frustrated cause it looked like as if it was a race thing due to them looking past us and seated white family soon as they walked in. Also as soon as they seated them an employee in the backed laughed in our face. We spoke with the general manager he apologized and offered us a discount. We was like thanks but no thanks its not about the money, it’s about customer service.

Had awesome service and dinner. We had fried pickles, wings, salads, the combos with steak and shrimp and rice with fries, and steak with baby back ribs, with fries.

Great food and Stephanie is a great waitress...She knows her stuff.

I dont think the meals are worth the prices they charge. Everything so so my opinion. To eat steak I'd rather go to a place where the salad is included in the meal.

I had to go from 5 star to 3 stars because the ceiling was VERY dusty. Looks like they've never dusted it. Love the food. I just hope that it's cleaner next time.

Best experience my fiancé and I have ever had at a restaurant. Ask for Nikki, she is awesome! One of our appetizers came out late, so they took both of the appetizers we ordered off the check! Everything we ordered was perfect and tasted amazing. We will definitely be going back!!

Always has good service and the food is better than most at their price level.

Stopped by for dinner and had trouble picking dishes for dinner so the 4 of us each selected a different dish. All were good, portions were generous and service was as expected.

The level of customer service has steadily declined over the last several months. Unfortunately probably won't be returning....

We ended up at LongHorn after a political event and we found most of our usual haunts were closing. Don't know why we don't go more often because we usually like the food and have a good time. I had the hanger steak and it was great. My husband had the prime rib steak sandwich. He usually doesn't order prime rib because he likes his meat well done; his whole family does. Ever see the look on wait person's face when 5 people order well done end cuts? His meat was perfect and we took home enough to use for a base for lunch

The waiter was very friendly and patient. The atmosphere was relaxing and very clean. The food we ordered were the baby back ribs and they were delicious and perfectly fall off the bone ribs. I definitely recommend this place for lunch and dinner or just drinks. This dessert was amazing too.

Food was fantastic, that is what saved this review. The other night my girlfriend and I came in about an hour before close. She ordered a drink for me while I dealt with some things in the car before coming in. I came in 10 minutes later and waited 10 more minutes for the drinks. When the waitress came with the drinks we went ahead and ordered. Got the food in an acceptable time so no issue there. Once we got our food we didnt see our waitress one time the rest of the experience but to get out check. Our drinks stayed empty more than half of our dining experience and we were never once asked how everything was. At the end when she dropped off our check we asked for a refill to go. 5 minutes later i can see her ask another waitress asked us what drinks we had and at this point I said dont worry about it it is ok. When she threw her hands up with a whatever shrug that is when I realized we are never coming back to this place.
