LouLa's Snowballs

Was craving a snow ball on my way home from work and it just hit 7 o clock and all of the snow ball stands were closed that I could find except one. It was a few minutes out my way but i was craving a snowball after the extremely hot day. So since they were open until 8 i gave them a shot. An boy was i glad i did. I’ve had snowballs from what seams like hundreds of different snowball stands. Ive had some of the best snowballs you can find. Being i was raised and lived in New Orleans until i was 24 so ive tried every snowball stand around. So ive seen some reviews saying LouLa’s were good but thats a disservice. When i got my large Chocolate with condensed milk it looked very good but i took that first bite and WOW is what i literally said to myself. Easily one of the best snowballs Ive ever had. The chocolate was perfect and they weren’t greedy with the syrup like some places. The condense milk was nice and thick. The snowball was just perfect. It was just what i was looking for. I just wish it was closer to where i live so i could go all the time. The location itself was great also. They have more then snowballs and if you want it to go or you want to sit outside and enjoy your snowball they have plenty of chairs and tables for you to sit and enjoy your snowball or whatever you order. They have plenty parking space as well. Bottom line. SnowBall A+ Location A+ Service A+ Quality A+ Time Open/Business Hours A+ Overall A+++. If you like snowballs and are in the area or you just want a 5 star snowball then LouLa’s is the place for you! Go see them and get yourself a chocolate snowball w/ condensed milk! You won’t regret it!

The young lady who served us Friday, 7/14 was fast, friendly and did a phenomenal job. She made sure to clean the cups before handing them to us and the ice was done perfectly.

The only thing that needs improvement is that there was no one ahead of me at the window. Yet, I had to wait about 2 minutes for the young lady realize I was at the window waiting to place my order. Im guessing, (I dont know) but, im guessing she was nose deep in her phone. Just a guess.The Snowballs were great.

Worse snowball of my life, she drenched the thing in tiger blood took like half the bottle, looked like soup, the ice was barely ice never going back there again. But girl was cute and nice so i didn't say anything.

My snowball tasted like dirt and when I asked for my money back the lady said “It’s not my fault. I don’t make the ice.” and rolled her eyes. I told her I wasn’t mad at her I just couldn’t eat it and she rolled her eyes again and huffed and said “I’m giving you your money back!” and then shoved it at me. I can’t believe how rude she was. If she doesn’t wanna work there, don’t come to work! I’ll never come back.

My snowball tasted bad so I asked for a refund and the employee said “it’s not my fault” and rolled her eyes at me. When I asked for my money back, she stormed to the other window and I told her I wasnt upset with her, I just wanted a refund and then she shoved my money at me and shut the window. I’ll never come back purely because of how hateful she was. I would’ve come back and gave it another try had she not been such a snark.
