Ordered a small HOT vanilla latte .... got to the window after paying and she hands me an ice latte. I said I didn’t order ice. She argued with me and told me yes I did. She refused to remake and refused to give me my
Money back & then proceeded to cus me out.
Apparently they open at 6:40 now. We came at 6:20 and were told they don’t open for 20 more minutes. 🙄🤦🏼♀️
