It's always terrible. I’ve lived nearby for almost 5 years, and I can honestly say it has never been a good experience during that time. On the bright side, it has helped me avoid fast food, so maybe that’s a plus.
I’ve tried using the mobile app, but even that failed—ordering times were entered incorrectly, and I couldn’t order dinner items at 6:00 PM because it said they were serving breakfast. Then there’s the wait: you spend plenty of time waiting to order because the person at the counter can only take one order, process it completely, and then move on to the next customer.
I really wish corporate would take over this location and clean house from the top down. I want a place nearby where I can get quick food without worrying about whether my order is correct, if the food is warm and fresh, or how long it’s going to take.

So I went in and placed an order for two burger meals and a kids chicken nuggets meal. I waited for 20 minutes and they never got my food, they served all the drive through and then went and hid in the back of the kitchen. Finally, The manager on shift finally came and asked if I was waiting on something and I told her that the order was on the screen prior to them clearing the entire board I'm pretty sure it was whatever the number was but the Kiosk didn't print my receipt. While all this was going on she mumbling she ain't got no receipt but I'm gonna give it to her. So she gave me two of the meals and one drink, when I asked for the other meal and two drinks she said she would have to pull the order up. So she pulls up the order and gives me another burger meal (not the right one but I'm done at this point) and my drinks and when I ask for my receipt that she printed she just walked away with it. So whoever is running this "fast" food restaurant needs to get some better quality staff. No they don't need $15/hr if they can't even get a simple order right or do things the right way. Thank you for reminding me why I don't go to fast food very often since, it's faster to go to the Mexican restaurant across the street with my whole family to get sat, served, eat, and get out the door in the same amount of time.

Placed an online order, and waited over 30 minutes. Never got my food and ended up just asking for a refund. Sat in the parking lot while I waited and saw probably 10+ cars order and get food no problem but there were other customers inside also asking for refunds due to long wait times

the worst service i have ever had the drive thru girl loli gagged and completely ignored my side of the drive thru. will not ever be going there again!
Went last night after work, ordered 2 of the $5 bundles. When I got there, one customer was in the drive through and got his order as I was pulling around. After pulling up to get mine I was asked to pull forward and it would be brought out. After 15 minutes they had me and at least 5-6 others cars parked waiting for orders, even though a few were handed bags quickly once they ran out of spots to ask people to wait. After going in the manager was giving attitude over being asked why I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes, and so many others cars parked. She claimed they were obviously busy not realizing I was the first vehicle to be in the drive through line. Meanwhile she was cutting up with employees getting off shift, and making sure their orders were made before the paying customers. All in all this McDonald’s is the worst in the area, their service sucks, and they get the orders wrong a lot of time. Even after having 15-20 minutes to get my order together, they still couldn’t manage to get the sauce for the nuggets in the bag. Not gonna speak on all who work there, but the lady I dealt with last night, and her attitude is a poor use of wage payments for that location. Definitely obvious they’re trying to make their drive through times look better than they are.
