Every time I go here there’s an issue with my food. They mess up the order and are extremely RUDE in the process. If they speak at all. Avoid!!!

When I get a steak egg McMuffin from McDonald’s in Hammond near my house it’s so delicious with Carmel onions and soft muffin. But this McDonalds is always disappointing, no onions and bread is hard and meat is so dry it chokes me with every bite.

Orders completed incorrectly. Nasty deep cleaning. Fast food not fast. No one watching counter. Terrible management clearly with no ability to hire competent employees. I get it, it's McDonald's but seriously?

Ordered a $5 meal and an apple pie. No apple pie (12 minute wait for that, so much for fast food.) compensated 4 cookies for that. Then they did not put the chicken nuggets in the bag, they put a nugget box with tartar sauce in it to fake the weight. This store deserves 0 stars. Not to mention pulling out appliances and sweeping the mess into the view of the counter. Disgusting.

HORRIBLE PLACE, AVOID AT ALL COST! Six cars parked, waiting 20 minutes for bad food. Cheated us out of an apple pie we paid for and did not get. The food was disgusting 🫣.

The other day someone was too busy talking to get my order right or even give me the right food.didnt even ask if I wanted a receipt just paid and closed the window and walked away talking. I was giving the wrong breakfast sandwich which would have been fine except it had the smallest piece of bacon on it ever. I called and was told to go in the next morning snd they'd fix it. I gave them my name and proceeded to wait 15 minutes for a single sandwich. The girl that had messed it up the day before was talking at the counter with a friend before they walked outside, I never saw the manager again except for when I gave her my name and told her I was told to come on. It took an employee that looked like they just came in to start their shift to see me on his way in, ask what I needed (a single sandwich they made to fix their own mistake), and go to the back where it was sitting by the bags. He grabbed it and bagged it for me immediately and I was on my way. But i dont know how long it had been sitting there, and i was late to work because it took 15 minutes for them to fix an error they made the day before. Maybe if they're AM employees would focus more on customer service instead of talking to their friends then this place could be considered fast food. But until then I can't recommend going through mcdonalds in the morning. I remembered over the past two days of this experience why I always went to burger King just across the road from them. Never that busy, employees don't ignore you, morning orders are correct, and burgerking will take less than 10 minutes. Mcdonalds? You'll be lucky to get a receipt to prove they messed up your order. Good luck getting it fixed.
