I always order through the app at least 20 minutes from pickup. Every time I arrive the order is not ready. I'm asked to pull ahead and wait another 10-15 minutes. There's no excuse for this. It begins with lazy and inept management then trickles down to the line workers.

i ordered sweet tea, got dr pepper, i spent extra money to get sauce that they never gave me drink isn’t filled all the way and neither are the fries. awful slow service. how are yall still in business.
If the fish sandwich and bun are fresh it’s pretty good. Mine wasn’t.

When I get a steak egg McMuffin from McDonald’s in Hammond near my house it’s so delicious with Carmel onions and soft muffin. But this McDonalds is always disappointing, no onions and bread is hard and meat is so dry it chokes me with every bite.

Orders completed incorrectly. Nasty deep cleaning. Fast food not fast. No one watching counter. Terrible management clearly with no ability to hire competent employees. I get it, it's McDonald's but seriously?

Ordered a $5 meal and an apple pie. No apple pie (12 minute wait for that, so much for fast food.) compensated 4 cookies for that. Then they did not put the chicken nuggets in the bag, they put a nugget box with tartar sauce in it to fake the weight. This store deserves 0 stars. Not to mention pulling out appliances and sweeping the mess into the view of the counter. Disgusting.
