It's probably the best of the sushi restaurants to choose from in Covington. The entrees were fresh and delicious. The ice-cream desert was freezer burnt, so I would skip it as they likely don't sell much and rotate the supply. The service was excellent... maybe too excellent. We counted 😆. On a Thursday night, we ate for 37 mins, and in our time, we were visited by 5 separate servers a total of 11 times! The TV in the restaurant had cartoons on it? I'm not sure why there is a TV here, but okay, I guess. The sound wasn't on, so maybe they couldn't be bothered to take them down from the previous owners? It was just a funny visit, but look, the food here is honestly the best sushi in town, and they know it! Expensive!

Anytime we pass near Covington, LA, we really only think about one place we need to stop and get our sushi ON! Megumi always delivers and that matters for us because we are rarely in the area and able to visit. But we try and go at least 2-3 times a year. Love it!

My daughter and I regularly visited this restaurant on a weekly basis, attracted by its outstanding service and cuisine. It has become part of our weekly routine. The Oiishiii Roll was a highlight, with the wasabi on top adding a welcome burst of flavor. In my estimation, this restaurant provides exceptional service; I can say it's among the best Japanese dining establishments in North Shore. Our server, a young Asian boy with glasses whose name I unfortunately cannot recall, demonstrated remarkable service, thoroughly explaining each roll and offering his best recommendations every time we visited. Additionally, this time I enjoyed an ube drink that was truly outstanding. We will certainly return to this restaurant in the future again and again & the price is good for what we gets .

Very nice atmosphere. Oriental art decor was great to look at. Waiting Staff was on point and very attentive. I had the Cowboy Ramen Spicy and it was Delicious.

I went with a group for dinner (6:30ish), and it was busy, but no wait. My husband and I ordered a Mandeville Roll, a Boston Handroll, and a Crunchy Roll. All of the rolls were great, and we paid less than $30. I would definitely come back here again!
My only problem is that they brought a roll that wasn't ours to the table, but when they took it back, they gave it straight to the correct person. I'm pretty sure that's like a big health code violation, and they are supposed to remake the roll since other people could have tampered with it (or at the very least breathed on it).
