Nine of us stopped in on our way home to Kansas. Absolutely wonderful service and a decent price.

The last visit was awful. Sean the manager was great and made the errors of his staff right. The atmosphere from when we walked in the door until we left was great. Brandy the waitress was very observant to our needs at our table. The staff worked as a team this evening.

We have been to several mugshots in LA and MS. Covington LA was the absolute worst.

Food: Burnt, tasted bad, out of ranch by 5pm, and took 45 minutes just to get food.
Service: Had to pay as soon as she brought the bill. I was still putting food in my mouth while she stared at me and waited for us to get our card out.
Atmosphere: Smelled like BO.

Greeted very rudely by a thin young girl with brown-to-bleached hair and hipster glasses. As we walked in she was glaring at us. I couldn’t hear what she mumbled, so we just asked for a table for 3. She got a bit combative and snapped at us after we asked for a table for 3 away from the bar. She plopped our menus on the table and left before we even got to the table. We decided to leave and go to Garcias unfortunately. I’ve never had issues with this place, but the attitude was a bit upsetting for my family. This isn’t to dismiss the wonderful service we’ve had before today, especially with Saydee and the kind young man who greets everyone, but this time was still really uncomfortable.

Quite surprised on at Saturday night at 7 pm., Very Few customers were inside at the time. Service is extremely lay back. Ordered appetizers but never even offered silverware but could have used a fork

Ate there today for lunch around 1:45. We were the only ones there when we arrived and were seated immediately. Got our drinks and all was fine. Shortly after Waitress had zero personality with us and seemed like we were bothering her when we asked for something… idk maybe just a bad day… however she was sure talking it up with the table next to us. Second the onion rings were probably the best part of the meal. What was supposed to be a hamburger steak was just a plain burger Pattie with some chopped onions on top. No gravy on the Pattie at all. Then we had mahi mahi that tasted like nothing and nothing had seasoning, the salads were sub par. For a bill that was 95.00 for 3 people we were not impressed at all!

We love Mugshots! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The booths and tables are very comfortable, the restaurant is always very clean. We love the relaxed sports bar atmosphere. And the food is absolutely fantastic!! I highly recommend the A1 burger, my husband loves the McDowell and they have a great kids menu (even PB&J) for our son. Anytime we make the drive to Covington, we go eat at Mugshots and it never disappoints!!

First time eating here. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Our server Saydee was excellent checking on us multiple times to ensure we were happy with our meal and didn't need anything. Will definitely return. We had the fried mushrooms, chicken wings, southwest Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, and da big kahuna burger.
