This food is fantastic. It is very hard to find gluten free/ dairy free meals that taste good. These meals are great and the portions are large. So many choices and the owners are very responsive to texts and inquiries.

Palmisano’s catered our wedding yesterday and everyone raved about food! They included gluten and dairy free boxes to accommodate a couple of guests and those were delicious too! The portions were very generous, the service was excellent…this bride was thrilled to enjoy a plate once I sat down later.

These meals save our lives! Always fresh and good for our health! We always get exactly what we’ve asked for, and if we don’t like something, they are happy to offer a substitution for next time. Along with exercise, these meals have helped our blood pressure, actually we don’t even take the medicine anymore! Truly- Palmisano’s has been a blessing!

Amazing gluten free, celiac safe food. Palmisano’s is definitely worth it. Everything is delicious, even my gluten eating family members can’t tell the difference.

This is my first week using Palmisano's meal prep services and I'm completely impressed. The portion sizes are huge (if you want the calorie and macro counts to be accurate, just ask for your meals to be weighed 😉) and everything I've had has been delicious. I've attached pictures of the Tuscany chicken, French onion chicken, and stuffed redfish! Very easy to order and delivery is an option for those who can't pickup.
I was sad when my old meal prep company closed their doors. I'm excited to find someone to replace them!

I just tried Palmisano’s for the first time for Thanksgiving, and I’m blown away! It’s incredibly hard to find gluten-free holiday food that tastes just as good—if not better—than the traditional spread, but they nailed every dish. The flavors were amazing, the texture was perfect, and I didn’t have to worry about missing out on any of the holiday classics.

It was such a joy (and a relief!) to be able to enjoy stuffing, desserts, casseroles, and everything in between without feeling limited or different from everyone else. I’m so impressed that I’ve already put in my Christmas order—there was no hesitation.

If you’re gluten-free or hosting someone who is, this is the catering company you want. Delicious, stress-free, and absolutely worth every bite. Highly recommend! 🍽✨

So I am in a rehabilitation (*AMG). The hospital i just left had food way better. I just dont understand how they get away with the garbage and minimal food they send here. I honestly wanted to do one star. But 2 to be as nice as possible. Like I took some pics too. To not care about the food that comes here because obviously they are contracted blows my mind they have gotten away with it for ao long. I stay hungry or have to have family bring me food from the outside. I look at the reviews and the pics and God knows it definitely isn't the same! Do better! We count too!!

Palmisano’s Catering was absolutely amazing! From the first conversation to the final bite, everything was smooth, generous, and delicious. Dustin was incredibly easy to work with responsive, flexible, and kind throughout the planning process. The food was out of this world. Every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. Guests couldn’t stop talking about how good it was! And the portions….wow. They didn’t just feed us, they abundantly fed us. No one left hungry, and we had plenty to enjoy afterward. It felt like they truly cared about making our event special. Highly recommend Palmisano’s for anyone looking for top-notch catering with heart, flavor, and fantastic service!

We had entrees for our wedding from here. Dustin was a peach to work with- he made everything so simple. Delivery was perfect. The food was gooooood. Couldn’t be happier with this experience.

I absolutely love the low carb meal prep dishes! The meals are fresh, flavorful and healthy. Each week a new menu is available. I have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years.
