We had entrees for our wedding from here. Dustin was a peach to work with- he made everything so simple. Delivery was perfect. The food was gooooood. Couldn’t be happier with this experience.

I absolutely love the low carb meal prep dishes! The meals are fresh, flavorful and healthy. Each week a new menu is available. I have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years.

I am so happy I found Parmesan's gluten-free kitchen as this is some of the best food I've ever eaten. Thank you Dustin for everything.

Palmosanos meals are fantastic. I love that they are gluten free and he even makes mine dairy free. They are the perfect size as well. My family enjoys them too. Glad I found this place.

TLDR; Best place around. Order their food.I am progressively disabled, meaning some days I can function and others, I can't walk hardly. I also have celiac. Palmisanos is incredibly easy to order from, is unbelievably affordable, and is run by a sweet family. The food is reliably quality. I have never gotten sick and I've never had anything I disliked enough to waste. I have dishes I love more than others, but sometimes I order my not faves for health reasons, and they do an amazing job at catering to my needs.I HIGHLY recommend Palmisanos to anyone, and especially anyone who lives with food intolerance or chronic illness.Here's a love letter for the verbose:Without Palmisanos, I'd have a much harder time in life. I'd be paying way more for food that could be cross contaminated or from a restaurant with old oil, and would cost 2 or 3x the price.This service is worth driving round trip from NOLA once a week because it enables me to care for my family when my body can't. It makes me a more reliable person. It takes so much stress off of me. This business is more than a restaurant; it is a place for people like me, who are often ostracized, to find care and service and inclusion. That care part makes humans healthy. And that is why I want people like Palmisanos to succeed - they know their community members' names, and they will always care for me better than any corporation ever will. I’ve been picking up meals for a couple of weeks now and haven’t had to stress about going to the grocery store or having to eat out. Best yet is there are 10 different options a week that changes every week and they taste GOOD! Meals are $10 each with tax included. It’s been awesome and helpful for eating healthy and regularly. They also accommodate special diets. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!

Local meal prep. Great selection of cooked meals that rotate every week. You can choose from the low carb menu or the maintenance menu. I like that they have seafood options and that I can order online. Very convenient meals that simply require heating!

Today was our first time to order and pick up.First experience is a good one!I met Dustin and his Sister.Seem like good people.So far good food too!We had the pork chops and cheesy cauliflower. Wonderfully seasoned and portions too. I can’t wait to try another one.

Palmisamo’s has catered my tradition thanksgiving meal for several years and has knocked it out of the park every year. They are now part of our thanksgiving tradition. Wonderfully, delicious food!!!!
