I GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THIS RESTAURANT SO BAD THAT I ALMSOT HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL! I literally threw up every 30 minutes for like 7 hours straight!!!! Never again!

They need to bring back the buzzers. There are too many people standing in line in a very small walking space. The soup bowls are smaller! And the bathrooms are outdated.

It had been years since I frequented Panera Bread. However, the store is very welcoming, clean, and cozy. The manager was of great service to my coworker and I. I'll give him ☆☆☆☆☆

I ordered two sandwich’s. One BLT and only have three microwave slices of bacon and the soup tasted like it came out of a can. The other sandwich was almost the same size s the one that was a half size. We are still hungry. For $36 dollars very dissatisfied.

So, Panera - if you don’t want drive through orders don’t put it on your app. Instead, you let people order to pick up in the drive though but you put a CHAIR to block your drive through. Then I had to park, walk inside and find my order among those on your rack for to go. If I had wanted to come in I would have ordered it that way. I didn’t. Given the choice I could have ordered it for you to bring it out, but you don’t bother to fix your app. But really - a patio chair to block your drive through?
