It had been years since I frequented Panera Bread. However, the store is very welcoming, clean, and cozy. The manager was of great service to my coworker and I. I'll give him ☆☆☆☆☆

So, Panera - if you don’t want drive through orders don’t put it on your app. Instead, you let people order to pick up in the drive though but you put a CHAIR to block your drive through. Then I had to park, walk inside and find my order among those on your rack for to go. If I had wanted to come in I would have ordered it that way. I didn’t. Given the choice I could have ordered it for you to bring it out, but you don’t bother to fix your app. But really - a patio chair to block your drive through?

We’re rushed every single time we come to this place. Even when we plan and know what we want, we are still rushed. As someone that only comes every once in a while that is such a turn off for a company. I work in customer service and have worked in fast food so I understand having a rush but this morning I was the only car in line.

Found a sharp shard of chicken bone that stabbed my mouth in my chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. This location used to be nice but has steadily gone down in terms of food quality and cleanliness over the past year.
They could choose a more friendly person to run the cash registers in the morning. I came in around 9 AM to get a bagel and coffee and the older lady with short blonde hair just seemed more annoyed she was having to take my order than anything. Just very rude and lacked customer service skills. I asked what bagels they had and she acted as if what they had out there was the only bagels and didn’t even try to tell me more in other flavors were coming out in a few minutes. I found this out after I already sat down with my bagel. Then later she’s being happy and nice with other customers but it appeared they were regulars so I guess she’s only happy to see you if you go there a lot. Then someone asked her if she was still employee of the month and I just thought to myself “really? HER?” Just blew my mind. Just overall the most odd and worst experience for sure at a Panera.

The chicken noodle soup has no chicken and no noodles. They need to rename it "chicken broth soup". The prices are crazy ridiculous for what you get. Sandwich portions are extremely small. 4 sandwiches 2 soups, 4 chips, and 3 drinks is almost $100. Very disappointing.

The avo egg white is the healthiest item on the menu and it’s good but the place is a dump. I sat outside and it’s even worse. The furniture against the windows needs to be trashed. Better dining atmosphere brings more business. This place needs help.
