Four STARS, because of the Pizza Hut App.
While robust with flexibility in ordering in many ways, the App CONTINUES to be operationally flawed. On average, I (and others that I have talked with about the App) experience three to four abrupt terminations of my order at various stages. Forcing me to launch the App again-and-again to eventually complete an order.
Browsing the Apps "Google Reviews" will give you some indication of the dissatisfaction with this App.
Kid-friendliness: Employees at my local store are always friendly and helpful.

not only did I recieve my food late & no thin crust but the sausages were picked off my pizza too ?
That restaurant is so freaking bad the people there don't take your order well I asked for a large pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and they gave me a type nasty Hawaian pizza that girl doesn't even listen to what to got to say. So I told her the second time the right pizza and she gave me the same nasty pizza and they didn't give us our money back we payed like 20 bucks wrost pizza restaurant ever never going back!!!.

I walked in to pick up my pizza and was met at the counter by a girl at the counter who looked pissed that I was there. I gave her my name and she just stared at me for a moment before walking away. She showed back up after a while and went into the warmer to get my food. She puts it on the counter, messes with the computer for a few seconds, looking back at me a few times. She then just walked away without saying a word. Not a single word was spoken to me at all the entire time I was in the store. I had to go next door to buy soda because she disappeared. The whole thing was bizarre. I felt unwelcomed the entire time I was there.
