This is the second time I’ve paid extra for Pan crust, yet BOTH times they’ve given me hand tossed. Very, very frustrating.

Terrible location, nobody knows what they are doing in there, completely unorganized and disheveled staff. Everyone in the waiting room who ordered carry out order was wrong and extremely late. Order was supposed to be ready at 530 and I’m still here at 6 and so are 3 other customers

I mostly go here on Tuesday's for one of their specials to pickup my food. The black male working behind the counter (I am thinking he is a manager) is always very nice and professional to me. Store always has my food fresh and ready upon my arrival. This store does everything I could ask for. I seem to see this same guy every week. He is always working very hard, and is real nice.

Four STARS, because of the Pizza Hut App.
While robust with flexibility in ordering in many ways, the App CONTINUES to be operationally flawed. On average, I (and others that I have talked with about the App) experience three to four abrupt terminations of my order at various stages. Forcing me to launch the App again-and-again to eventually complete an order.
Browsing the Apps "Google Reviews" will give you some indication of the dissatisfaction with this App.
