I frequent this place pretty regularly because it’s by my child’s school and on the way to work. The staff is typically really nice and caring. The blonde girl at the window was all smiles and very courteous. There is another girl that works there that I quite enjoy, but I don’t recall what she looks like. The lines move pretty fast too. However, the product can be hit or miss. Granted, I am particular, but I felt I needed to leave a review. There have been multiple times that I’ve ordered a breakfast item that wasn’t cooked all the way. Also, when given specific instructions on how to make a drink a particular way and why, it has still been wrong. When I’m paying $7-8 a drink, I would like to have the experience I was hoping for. I worked for PJs for 6 years at very high volume stores and maybe my expectations are just higher. Please do better. Don’t be afraid to question the quality of the product and ensure the customer is happy with it, but especially when you know they are being particular by ordering in a very specific way!

For a minute I thought I was in line at McDonalds or Wendys with the service we received today. I placed my order and the lady that was working the headset was not only blunt and rude but got my order wrong because she was trying cut me off before I was finished speaking. Even the young lady that handed me my coffee had her eyes open wide and we shared an eyebrow raising moment. I felt bad for her. They were not busy and I was the only car in line. Still trying to wrap my head around it.EDIT: I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars due to someone from Ballard Brands contacting me and says they have contacted the owner. We shall see. I'll also add that after reading other reviews it seems to be just one employee that is rude and needs to change. Good luck!!

I'm not coming back to this location anymore. I was a regular that lives nearby and the girl with the dreads has a horrible attitude. She's miserable and rude every morning. I catch her rolling her eyes at customers and being mean to the staff all the time. Shes unprofessional and not fit for dealing with people. No one should have to work next to someone like that much less customers have to deal with. They need to fire her and hire someone with a better attitude who can represent the business better. She was also mean to a friend of mine through the drive-thru recently. Very passive aggressive and It wasn't just an off day for her, it's daily. I witnessed it every morning. I'll remove this review and return when they remove her. I hate leaving bad reviews. God bless

To the owner, we stopped in 11/26/2023 about 1:15 pm. Traveling home. You had 4 employees, and not 1 acknowledged me standing to place and order. Stocking was more important than customers. I left. My husband went to the bathroom and came out of the bathroom and asked if I wanted to go, I said no, he went outside to vape, and I stood there. I walked out. My husband went in to tell them that was extremely rude. They told him I was not standing there for 5 minutes. Whether I was or wasn't, I was not acknowledged at all. That is your problem because they disrespected not only us but you too as their employer..
