For a minute I thought I was in line at McDonalds or Wendys with the service we received today. I placed my order and the lady that was working the headset was not only blunt and rude but got my order wrong because she was trying cut me off before I was finished speaking. Even the young lady that handed me my coffee had her eyes open wide and we shared an eyebrow raising moment. I felt bad for her. They were not busy and I was the only car in line. Still trying to wrap my head...

"overpriced"- like 95% of coffee shops these days. I'd hope a big efficient brand would be "cheaper"This is especially for a drive through. Maybe drive through prices should he lower?My tea also came with way, way too much sugar by "default." Ew!

This was my first time at this specific location. I was meeting with a friend and it was a very nice atmosphere not too loud but not too quiet so fellow customers wouldn’t overhear our conversation lol. I also loved the employees there. They were super nice!!
