My first time here. The pastalaya was delicious, and such a heaping serving. Was able to get a few meals from it. The owner was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. I will be back.

I called Smith to ask about catering a work lunch and he is awesome. Super friendly, informative and professional. He had everything ready when we arrived. The food was great as well. Gumbo, jambalaya and red beans were all very flavorful and lots of meat. All the food was in buckets and very easy to transport. It was a big hit for our work group. Thank you.

Where has this place been all my life?? Ordered the jambalaya for 2. It was more like food 6. It was DELICIOUS. Plenty of chicken and sausage. I’m trying the chicken special today. I’ll be a regular for sure.
We’re able to immediately seat and feed 13 people with no notice. Delicious food, large servings and all for a great price.
First time in Louisiana, first time trying Jambalaya. Rolled up in my semi truck. What can I say, best southern food I've tasted thus far. And that bread with the sauce? Wish I got another. Awesome food and awesome staff. 🔥🔥🔥

I ordered the pork roast. The pork roast was undercooked and extremely tough. I could not eat it. The owner would not refund this horrible meal. I tried the gumbo in the past and it was horrible as well. I didn't say anything about the gumbo, but today I had to say something about the pork roast because it was terrible. I have ordered here in the past and I'm a valued customer, I'm not sure why he refused to refund. He has lost a valued customer.
