My daughter only eats rally’s fries! Every time we frequent this location the staff is always pleasant and accommodating! Fries are always freshly prepared! Staff has become like family!

I had such a wonderful experience today. My husband and myself drove from Slidell to Covington (30 minutes away) just to get Rally’s. We don’t have one in Slidell. I must say the young lady that served us was very pleasant, friendly, and very patient. We ordered almost half the menu because we knew it would be a while before we’d have it again. Her customer service skills were impeccable and I commend her for her efforts and disposition. Our food was prepared fresh and hot....
