Really good fried chicken. Okra was ok. Not a fan of the coleslaw. Took a long time to get my order.

Don’t order delivery through door dash. Only half the order arrived. Redbird blamed door dash and Door dash blamed Redbird. Neither actually wanted to help, half the kids still hungry and I may get a door dash credit in 5-7 days pending a review from door dash. No more door dash and no more Redbird for us after their Mgmt was less than helpful.

Fantastic fried chicken. Hot a d crispy. Always good. Friendly service. If you want fried chicken, you can't go wrong with Red Bird.

Ok we ordered at the counter. We sat down and the food came out about 8 to 9 minutes later. Well mine did. My wife's was 2 chicken legs and we were told it'll be about 8 minutes for those but here is your food sir. So I am not eating without my wife so I waited too. Her chicken finally came out she ate one leg and went for the second, well that piece was not cooked all the way. The chicken was translucent. The counter guy walked by and we made him aware and showed him. He said we'll i can cook you another piece if you want but if I out that piece back in the grease it'll destroy the chicken. Well i was done eating and we weren't waiting another 8 minutes im sure it would have been longer because the cook made it known to the counter guy that he was going to the bathroom as he walked out the kitchen into the middle of the dining room. We have eaten and enjoyed redbird before and loved it. Not sure what happened since but. Yall need to do better you are stuck in a very hard to reach area in the first place and if you keep this attitude and service up there will be another vacant building. After 26 dollars later my wife had 1 chicken leg and I had 2 chicken tender sandwich with fries and a drink very underwhelming.

Red bird was a great place to eat I got fish it was delicious and okra it was all good fried fish we dined in it was in the Covington location

First time at Red Bird today. It’s a best kept secret. We tried both the mild and spicy strips. Both great and the selection of sides great. Not just fries. We tried the fried okra and onion rings. Both great selections. Their special sauce was excellent. Will be back.

My wife and I visit them frequently. The service is always spot on. Food is always hot and fresh.You may have a to wait a few minutes for it to come out , but its never cold and the flavor is always good. Highly recommend.

Red Bird is great again. The chicken was spiced right, crispy fried and hot. Everything was really good. Amazing people and food
