DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I tried to cancel our tour due to impending stormy weather (within the guidelines on my confirmation receipt). However, I was told they had changed the policy and would not honor my confirmation. NO REFUND!!! I was not notified that there had been a change in the policy from 24 to 48 hour notice so they should have honored the confirmation they sent me (IN WRITING!) Did the Savannah tour. Was supposed to be a pup crawl. We went to one pub and it ended after an hour, even though it was advertised as two hours. They refused a 50% refund request. Don’t waste your money here
