I had a very unpleasant experience at this location, unlike anything I’ve experienced at any other Smoothie King. When I walked in, three employees came from the back laughing and smiling, yet none of them acknowledged me. No “hi,” no “welcome in,” no greeting at all. I stood at the counter looking at the menu on my phone, and during that time no one asked if I needed help, had questions, or was ready to order. I actually had questions but had to find the answers myself on the app because none of the three employees at the time offered any assistance.
I looked up several times and each time the employees were just looking at each other, still laughing as if something was funny. After a few minutes, one of the girls finally asked if I was ready, to which I replied that I had been waiting on her. Instead of an apology, I got excuses.
I asked for a manager, and a fourth person came out of the back but was not the manager. Out of the four people working, not one person acknowledged me or attempted to provide service until I spoke up. It was clear that the team was very young and not being properly supervised. At that point, I decided to leave without purchasing because I will not beg a business to take my money. This location showed a complete lack of professionalism, and I will not be returning.
Edited to add: I contacted Smoothie King corporate by phone right after this incident and was told my information would be forwarded to the location and that someone would contact me within 72 hours. That was on 8/13/25, but I still haven’t heard back from anyone which adds to the reason for the review

I came in to get myself a smoothie and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by all the workers. They all had a smile on their face the whole time I was there! The man checking me out kept a conversation with me the whole time until I left with my smoothie. I will definitely be coming back!
