I ordered the double bacon deluxe. It was very good. The tots are tots. The onion rings were odd. They had an odd sweetness, almost like a hint of a fritter. The cooking oil needs to be changed out more often. I didn’t care for that, but the burger was really good.

This the worst food and service I ever experienced. The hamburger was thrown all over out side of the bread I tried fixing it but was too cold to because of the cheese was cold and fries was cold and so hard it was refried to stay hot. It was so hard it would've broken teeth. I'm serious, I tried calling after I got home, no one answered. I'll will not be going to that location again.

Very poorly run sonic. Terrible customer service! Meghan the alleged Manager was unnecessarily rude when I told her the app wasn’t working. She refused to give me my order after I already paid for it. When I questioned her she came out yelling with an attitude then just walked away. She had very poor hygiene for someone working with food. It’s disappointing since we go there a lot. Won’t be back until they get their business straightened out. Eat at your own risk!

I dont know who is the girl who takes the orders but this the 3rd time you caught an attitude with that sassy voice when we can’t hear you and ask a question. You did it again and this time when we responded back the same way when I asked to changed the attitude you spoke to us in and get us a different person (For the first time since we’ve had this issue) you cancelled the order which was a simple slushy which is perfectly fine. However my issues is don’t work customer service if you get upset at simple questions. Never once was disrespectful but enough is enough hopefully it gets handled because not the only person who has had this issue. (TYLER ST. Covington la )
