Just got another nectar cream today and the ice was shaved really fine, it makes a world of difference keeping sharp blades. I like having plenty of syrup but I think ratio of evaporated milk need to be more. I remember back 15-20 years ago you can buy a nectar cream or wedding cake cream and it had a layer of cream on the surface of the ice. If you can replicate that than you are the best. It is rare to get that kinda quality today. Keep experimenting to be the best around.

Oh I love it here! I get the Cherry and Lemonade mixture chefs kiss. I will say sometimes when I go it tends to be a little dry but, I think that depends on who is working for the day. Normally it nice and refreshing. Try it I know you will love it but be warned on a hot day they are busy busy so you may have to wait a while.
I am so disappointed in the snowball I received today i asked for strawberry/ grape my friend asked for pink bubblegum w/ cream . we had to send the snowball back twice and the third time broke the camel’s back they gave me the same snowball scrap most the cream off which i never asked for put more ice on top added strawberry/ grape with pink bubblegum at the bottom i WILL NOT EVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN. I hope my 5 bucks gives you what they need . I’m pissed !!!!

This is a great place for a cold treat after spending time on the Trace on a hot day. The snowballs are so juicy and the staff is exceptional.

First off, Little Miss Lauren doesn’t know how to treat customers(she’s been working at the place for 4 years). She was using foul language with little kids around. We got in the car and left, now my kids are crying. She should be fired immediately😡
