Great little historic coffee shop. Drinks are really good, but food menu is limited. If you're looking to step away from the cookie cutter places and want a little character in your coffee shop.

Spent a few days in Covington and hit St. John's everyday. Good coffee and breakfast sandwiches.

Simply. The. Best.
Been going here for 20+ years. Now that I live out of town, I look forward to my visits back and St. John’s is one of the top reasons for those visits. The coffee hits, the snacks are lit and the owners rock. Thank you St. John’s for all the consistent coffee through the years, can’t wait to get my next fix.

I don't like milk in my coffee; they stopped offering coffee mate around 10 years ago- that's why I stopped going.

Coffee was good. Food selection lacking. Nothing special about the atmosphere.

We stopped in for a coffee. We got an affogato and an iced lavender latte. Both were delicious. Service was speedy and the atmosphere had a nice vibe.

This is a nice break from the chain coffee shops.

The most perfect corner coffee shop I’ve ever seen. It’s so comfortable, eclectic and welcoming. The overall feel makes you want to stay all day! The blueberry matcha is my most favorite at the moment - but you can always count on them to have incredible specials!

One of the last old-school coffee shops in the area. But my only gripe is the chocolate chip cookie lol. It’s never restocked.

My recommendation is to add a rotational cookie along with it. It would sell.

I stumbled upon this coffee shop in downtown Covington. I was looking somewhere to have a coffee and read a book, and this couldn't have been a better place! The batista was more than kind, and the seasonal latte I ordered was delicious. Spent about an hour there, during which I saw families with small children and families with well-behaved dogs all welcomed to come in.
