We just went through the drive thru tonight and we were impressed with the friendly, competent, intelligent staff member. I wish every Starbucks was staffed so well, we always make sure we come to this location.

Been going here for years, the staff are always so nice and work super quick despite the stress during rush times. Some mix ups have happened in the past but they are always so quick to address any issues. Lately, each time I've gone through the drive thru, I've been greeted by the friendliest employees ever and it makes the experience that much better!

I’ve ordered here before and the food and atmosphere was good. But that’s isn’t why I’m leaving this review. I was inquiring about a position once on Friday and today. Both Nicole(I think) and Andy were great helps to me and made sure I knew what to do and wasn’t confused about anything.

We just went through the drive thru at 7:28pm on Monday 8/25/25 and noticed a new woman at the drive thru and we really loved her friendly disposition and smile, we really appreciated that - it was a breath of fresh air and we look forward to coming back and seeing her smiling face again. It was nice not to see someone wearing a thick black mask like every time before.

Crap parking, workers are rude and rush you when you order, crap reward system, I prefer ccs coffe but the ccs in covington just closed. :( I could not figure out how to get into the drive thru line. Would not recomend this to anyone

Rude staff, blatantly ignore you when you walk in, after 5 minutes of ignoring you they might take the order, prepare it and not even call out your name. Easiest job they could have but still horrible at it.

I waited 15 min in the drive through for a pick up mobile order. Mind you I chose the drive thru for the pick up location. When I got to the window she said there was 7 drinks in front of me and I needed to come inside and wait. lol Dunkin’s about to start getting my money.

Starbucks is in the process of implementing policies in order to speed up service etc. I think that's a good thing. :-) they are going back to their roots of being a local coffee house. 😎
