We had some money on a Starbucks card that was given to us. I don't care for Starbucks because of what they support and their coffee is overrated and expensive. It was free coffee during our travel on vacation.

This Starbucks makes my drink perfectly; however, I would have given this location 5 stars, but because their service is not great, I am rating this location 2 stars. The staff doesn’t always greet you and I don’t feel the cheerful friendly atmosphere like other locations, it seems like the staff at this location are grumpy in the morning or look like they don’t want to be there which might explain the delay of service. Get ready to wait a long time for your order! I usually place my order 15-30 mins ahead through the Mobile App., and when I walk into the store thinking it has been enough time for my order to be complete, this location would still have me waiting an extra 5 to 10 mins and it is very unfortunate that I still receive this type of service even when ordering in advanced. I must travel 40 mins to work and there have been occasions that I have been late to work due to Starbucks holding up on my order. Each time I walk into this location, I am not the only one with this issue, there would be 2-4 other customers waiting. I have never had any issues with “LONGGGGG” wait times at any other location. Don’t even try the drive-thru because you will be waiting 15 to 20 mins to place an order and to receive your order. Horrible!!!! Why is this location so slowwwww????? Please get it together!!! Management should act to get more staff who are willing to work to do the work or figure out a plan to do better with the current staff. Go look at your yelp and google reviews, not so great! #1 issue it seems like the speed of service.
