I went through the drive-thru to get a pumpkin spice latte. Paid $8 for a small. Drove away and tasted it and it literally tasted like plain coffee with creamer, I couldn’t even smell or taste a hint of pumpkin. Went back to switch it out and it tasted exactly the same. Bad. I didn’t go back because I figured it’s just how the pumpkin latte tastes. Disgusting. Now I have to take it home and make it taste better. What a waste of $.
I give this Starbucks a try about once or twice a year and every time I do, I’m disappointed.
Great service, but coffee is not good at all.

Dietary restrictions: I love that they offer 100% apple juice as an option to add to their green tea instead of sweetener. They also have a honey blend to choose rather than sugar. Milk options include Breve, milk, and almond milk.

This location didn’t have the ‘order ahead on the Starbucks app’. I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes before being informed at the order window that they had a problem with their hot water system. I wish they had a sign posted outside to let customers know before waiting in line.I gave them 2 stars because the person who told me they were out of hot water was courteous.

Not sure who is in charge at hiring staff at this Starbucks but they are bad at their job. Every single time I have gone into this starbucks when it's super slow or super busy the staff is extremely rude. One time they seemed to have completely forgotten about my order as 30 minites had passed and my friends got their drinks and no one else was in the store I went to check with the workers so see if maybe they had forgotten the boy I talked too made a comment "oh youve been waiting 30 minutes" in a sarcastic tone and then proceeded to start making the drink (which they had clearly forgotten about). Rude staff and all around bad people. Avoid this particular starbucks if you can help it.

I specifically told them I wanted extra pumps and paid for it. But I didn't get it. My drink still tasted like watered down milk.They were nice and quick. But the drink was bad. I ended up dumping it out.

They have changed the pike place roast without warning and now it taste like water and gives me a headache. Cutting cost and going cheaper but charging more.
