I would give this Starbucks negative stars if I could! Everyone I stop here the staff is so rude. In fact they will have a conversation with each other and act as if I am not even standing there. On one occasion I ordered, they began chatting amongst themselves then remembered I was still standing there and I had to repeat my order as she had forgotten. On another occasion she took my husbands order then began chatting amongst themselves as if we were done then finally acknowledged us again and wanted to provide a price. I had to remind her I was also still standing here waiting to order. Unfortunately this is the norm at this location.

This morning I ordered a coffee and it was warm when I received in the drive thru so instead of making a new coffee they hand me back my coffee with more half and half in it. I went to the Mandeville Bank one location for a do over. Hwy 21 store is the worst store in my area. Each time I've gone to this location it's a horrible experience and thecoffee isn't cheap. The store either need new manager or retrain the staff. I will drive longer for better service.

They didn't have anything. Ordered a Carmel Ribbon Crunch and a Peach tea.The Crunch was so milky flavored and seemed watered down. They Didn't have tea. Changed to lemonade. Took a while to find that. It tasted awful. Ended up throwing them out. Very upset. Service was horrible on top of it all. Will Not be back.

Big fan of Starbucks! Great place to in a quite atmosphere to get work done on the computer or have a coffee with a friend and talk.
Updating my review since something has obviously changed here. They are fully staffed and everyone is friendly as well as much faster. I don't know if it's just finally having the staff they needed, new management, new ownership, or some combination thereof, but it's a huge improvement!
