Atmosphere gets a 4 because its small and quiet. Food very disappointing. Ordered a takeout footlong meatball sub on Italian herbs and cheese. I didn't get it toasted. I regretted not doing so. When my wife got home with it. Mind you I live in Pine View Apts 0.4 miles away. It was cold. Cheese was barely even melted. Im 100% disabled due to a tumor in my cervical spine. So wife does a lot and I just couldn't justify her going back out for just myself. Subway. Yall can make sure some pre-made meatballs and sauce is semi hot at least.

Went in to get a tuna sandwich and while eating it i found a long white hair in my sandwich, thankfully i was still in the parking lot so i went back in to get a new sandwich and they acted inconvenienced and bothered like it was my fault their hair was falling out into sandwiches. the gag is??? my second sandwich ALSO had a hair in it. never returning.

Third time I've tried online order with this place... I don't know why I tipped ahead of food my bad. Never been so tempted to drive back for 3 bucks back. No oil or vinegar... this isn't even the right bread or toasted. But three workers nothing else to do couldn't figure out to toast a thing without someone telling them to. Guess I'll have to get from well everyone else that has figured out online ordering Three people... one taking a nap up front while the other two talked. Meanwhile sandwich missing ingredients.

Went for lunch today at 11.30. When we walked in Damiana and Lydia were so friendly and welcoming with their smiling faces!! Our sandwiches were made perfectly too. The restaurant looks so good with the new updates. We will be back!
As for Subway... this place was VERY clean. The staff was very attentive, and knowledgeable about their sammiches. Im a fan of the Tuna. The builder of my wheat footlong was generous with everything, as she assembled my Sub. I will definitely be back.

Talked to the manager about me eating a molded cookie. She was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She called me a liar. She said the cookies come straight from the freezer to the oven, and they don’t sit out for long. However, I went to countless subway stores. They’re always days when the cookies taste stale but never molded until now. So who’s the liar? I couldn’t provide proof of a photo, because I ate the cookie. Does not mean I’m lying. And why be rude to the victim when I never disrespected anyone and talked to people with respect. I will be calling corporate.
