Am I just over reacting? I got a peanut butter dome to go and it was given to me in a cookie bag... The server gave me one with a broken dome which was fine. But can I be trusted to make it home without completely smooshing it? The bag just seems inappropriate for the type of pastry, do they not have boxes? First time visiting since all the stores shut down a few years ago, I think I'll survive if I don't go back.

This place is STUNNING and (so sorry I forgot her name) the employee was SO sweet and helpful she explained everything and was so cheerful she made it an awesome experience!!! The coffee macaron was my personal favorite and the petit four was right up there with it!!

Stopped in for the first time. I kept meaning to stop in, but would forget about this place. The store is very elegant and the baked goods look amazing. I ordered two macaroons: cafe a lait and blackberry citrus. They were perfect. The wild berry gelato was sweeter than I would have liked. The last thing I ordered was a lavande citron pastry. It was okay. I didn't taste lavender or anything citrus.
Expensive sweets and a cashless establishment. Probably won't come back.

My family and friends have ordered from sucre via Uber Eats. The desserts were so stale and hard that you can throw them at a wall and put a hole in it. The food was unprotected and exposed to the driver and whomever they have in the car with them (young children, pets, etc.)sucre is supposed to protect the food with a seal-that is Uber Eats' policy. Sometimes they use a seal-most times they don’t. My last order there was no seal. Everything was wide open (my friend had the same issue). I filed a complaint with Uber Eats and they refunded all of my money. This bakery knows the policy and they ignore it at the customer’s expense. THIS IS A PUBLIC HEALTH HAZARD. I will no longer order from this bakery and will alert the public on every platform that I can.

I used to go to the Metairie location by lakeside mall before it closed and it was great. This location on the other hand is just terrible. The prices are higher and the quality is not nearly as good. The desserts were just bad, who is tasting these recipes and thinking people will like them. We were the only customers the whole time we were in there. I have a feeling you won’t be able to keep this location open for very long, which is sad because it’s a pretty shop. Do better. My wife just had the macarons we bought and they were so stale they were all crumbling. We also bought a cupcake that was very bland and dry. Absolutely terrible 0/10

Mint chocolate chip gelato was just ok, not outstanding. Two scoops shouldn't cost $14. Being a cashless business is a negative for me, but you should at least have a sign on the door stating that you don't take cash.
the inside is so cute! i was excited to try out some of the desserts! i got the white chocolate cheesecake, it unfortunately did not taste good? it tastes like it was freezer burnt and the white chocolate tastes very cheap. the lady that assisted me was nice but could’ve been more helpful as i informed her it was my first time

Spent $32.00 on "gelato" 4,1 scoop cups. All were icy and grainy in texture. So disappointed. Feel ripped off frankly.
