This is a hidden gem. There's no other place to get sushi this good on the Northshore at such a reasonable price.
Everything tastes amazingly fresh. I LOVE the way they make their hand rolls.
Most of my favorite sushi places in the area have gone downhill recently for some reason. This place has filled the gap they left behind (for me at least). I really hope they keep up their dedication to quality, I'd like to be eating here for a long time.

Sushi Saigon is a little hidden gem in covington!! We are pretty picky about our sushi and theirs is so fresh! The restaurant is super clean and the workers are very sweet and accommodating! Highly reccomend!

The sushi is fantastic! Like being back in Southern California. Fresh and large rolls! Great twist on the rainbow roll, using snow crab versus a California roll inside. Highly recommend!!!

The absolute best, most delicious, and freshest sushi on the northshore. Atmosphere is great and service is just about perfection. We eat sushi in every state, city, country we visit—Saigon is the best we’ve ever had. Impossible to be disappointed here. If anyone in your party dislikes sushi, the cooked items and udon soups are life changing. There are only two great sushi restaurants on the northshore—Saigon and Zen. Of these two it’s not even a contest to which is better. Saigon hands down.

The calamari was ok. The other roll I had something voice was delicious! It was supposed to have blue crab, but our hostess said the crab wasn't good. She suggested to put spicy tuna on it. I'd go back just for that one!!

Sometimes when restaurants play music it's annoying, but there was no music in there which was so nice! Although it was quiet, it still was a charming friendly atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend going here over other sushi places in the area.
I personally had a sushi dinner which had so many good options to try! I've never gotten to have one before, but the fish and rice was so tasty I didn't need soy sauce to enjoy it. And, it looked so pretty on my plate also! Highly recommended if you've never had it.
