great food for a very average price! highly recommend
My wife and I ate there for the first time on Sat. May 27th. We both had the brisket platter and loved it. The brisket was cooked just right, so tender and juicy. The price was reasonable. We will be coming back!
Just a note about the sides, the coleslaw was not to my wife's liking, as it was too heavy on the mayo and not flavorful enough. The jambalaya was so-so, but the mac and cheese was really good.
Very good food. Comfortable atmosphere. Friendly staff.
